As a Senior Integrated Planner, you will support your Manager in integrated media planning.

Specifically, you will be involved in:

1. Planning

• Partner your Manager to develop media strategy, channel recommendations and prepare the detailed media flowplan
• Brand stewardship and client management
• Acquiring business, consumer, and media insights and translating them into media recommendation
• Defining the strategy, effectively cascading to the team (i.e. to the buying team, digital planning, and even outside agency partners like creatives), and consistently monitoring the performance of the campaign
• Together with the Manager and team leads, drive business and profitability

• Analyses and verifies the accuracy of the overall financial data before any closing period.
• Coordinates with other departments to facilitate the timely completion of financial statements.
• Detects any discrepancy, materiality of transaction or irregularity in a process, and recommends adjusting entries or takes necessary action within their area of authority
• Oversees the proper accounting of all financial transactions. Enforces existing policies and procedures in all financial transactions.
• Investigates discrepancies and coordinates with all concerned stakeholders to resolve the issue.
• Reviews accuracy and completeness of billing and payments and provides instructions for correction.
• Oversees account’s balances of OGPI and Affiliates
• Report Cash Balances and Deposits
• Able to convert funds in timely manner.
• Approve and process payments.

• Ensure bank records are up to date and cater bank related requirements.

The Senior Digital Planner owns strategic planning and campaign execution for assigned clients. This position is both strategic and tactical in scope, requiring ability think and work independently with minimal supervision. This position is expected to deliver strategic plans for campaigns based from available data and tools then implement campaigns with the support of different Publicis Media teams.

The Senior Digital Planner will work closely with Digital Buyers for specific client requirements, providing expertise on strategy building, insighting, planning, reporting, and optimization while being guided by platform or industry best practices.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend, present, and contribute during client meetings
• Develop, grow, and maintain relationships through exceptional client service
• Effectively communicate digital strategies and rational for approaches for each campaign
• Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients while meeting or surpassing agreed upon performance expectations
• Manage the delivery of plans, creative assets, insertion orders, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for all campaigns
• Partner with support teams on how to strengthen campaign measurement for reporting and insights generation
• Provide regular insights and actionable points to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
• Coordinate and work with media partners to develop relevant strategies and ensure accurate platform implementation
• Participate in campaign QA process
• Troubleshoot issues across planning and buying functions
• Help in the generation of monthly bill/pay/spend reporting in coordination with relevant functions

• Communicate project guidelines between business, IT and executive teams.

Administer necessary product requirements to maintain consistent account control of clients using FIS software products and ensure the quality and utilization of FIS software products satisfies client needs.

• Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.

About the role:
As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during operation, maintenance or product application.

What you will be doing:
