Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Service Delivery

• Executes service scheduling of all contract & job sales, effectively communicates and responds to clients’ service requirements and queries within the Portfolio;
• Ensure timely preparation, monitoring and coordination of advanced fixed schedule for zone in alignment Service Supervisors

Customer Development

We are looking for a new Financial Accountant to join our team. The role will be incredibly varied, from taking ownership of the month-end close (and associated reporting) from start to finish, to assisting with several different projects and helping the team to become fit for the future. Role: The Financial Analyst for Global Technology Services (GTS) team will support the business unit with various level of periodic reporting and analysis including, but not limited to, expense analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, invoices submission, monthly close processes, and other ad hoc tasks. The client is a family-owned e-commerce business selling metal pill cases. The business was started in December 2021 and has been run by two brothers since then from Washington, DC.

Our mission is to make exceptional pill cases and provide exceptional customer service. We have committed to these principles by keeping our fulfillment operation in-house and providing white-glove service to our customers.

After 2 years - we are now selling several thousand pill cases per month and looking to expand our Philippines-based team beyond customer service.
