Primary Responsibilities
▪ Performs quantity and quality inspection or verification of various products and goods in accordance with company standards, legal and client requirements. Specific Responsibilities
▪ Ensures all the necessary forms, materials, equipment, and/or other requirements needed to perform the job are complete and prepared before proceeding to the work site.
▪ Coordinates with clients on schedules and other information pertinent to the job.
▪ Conducts inspection or verification work (reference: Verification Matrix of Inspection Work) according to company standard, procedures and client requirements or agreed job scope and specifications.
▪ Provides feedback and updates on the status or progress of the job to his/her immediate superior on a regular basis.
▪ Prepares and submits complete and accurate inspection reports including properly labeled samples.
▪ Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.

As a member of our Business SaaS Service Desk team, you are responsible for the end to end management of Avaloq clients. The team is the single point of contact for all clients asking for SaaS support, it manages the incoming calls, tickets and e-mails. All the issues are tracked through the ticketing tool and notified to clients.

The Service Desk also manages the service malfunction/interruption communications and support the service-related report activities.

Your key tasks

• First level Help Desk support: provide a single point of contact for both, internal and external Avaloq clients
• Make an efficient initial assessment of customers` requests: either resolve or assign them to the 2nd level support accordingly
• Record and track incidents and complaints keeping clients informed on their requests’ status and progress
• Manage clients requests’ life-cycle including closure and verification
• Produce and update statistics and reports to both, clients and Avaloq management
