Shift Assignment: Night Shift

The Support Analyst provides end-user support in creating documentation for recurring tasks as well as assisting the team in setting up user accounts. This person diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves basic and moderate technical problems. This person operates under defined processes and procedures and makes decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities requiring interpretation of guidelines, policies and procedures. The Support Analyst will work closely with our Helpdesk, Desktop Technology, and ATS teams in supporting users in general IT problems.  This is a Night Shift role.

• Performing day-to-day support work for the company’s end users.
• Creating and deleting user accounts
• Assisting with Ad Hoc projects and backup support for the US Support team

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive user interfaces for web applications using the highest-standard of modern front-end technologies

• Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards

• Optimize front-end performance to ensure fast load times and smooth user interactions

• Ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices, conducting thorough testing and debugging

• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and front-end libraries

• Focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, incorporating feedback from user testing and analytics

• Keep up with the latest front-end development trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our front-end practices

• Efficiently manage ticket quality checks.
• Effectively support the OPM with the management Quality targets.
• Highlight any potential quality issues to the OPM.
• Prepares internal and external quality reporting.
• Liaise with Team Leaders on continuous evaluation and improvement of the team’s internal and external service quality.
• Support Team Leaders with the introduction and management of quality improvement techniques.
• Provide Team Leaders with feedback regarding individual agents’ quality scores.
• Highlight any urgent quality training needs to the Team Leaders whilst supporting them in conducting an effective training needs analysis of all agents.
• Liaise with Team Leader in planning and delivery of all agreed training and coaching identified on individual PDP’s.
• Design and Implement Smart Action plan when necessary
• Work with the global quality coordinator as well as the global quality circle team
• Effectively handles complaints and submits DRSMs on time
• Provides coaching to agents regarding ticket handling

• Responsible for the entire user interface lifecycle, from design, development to maintenance and improvement
• Designs, builds and configures application to meet business process and application requirements. Minimum of 3 year(s) in Software/System development and Web development.
• Develops user-friendly and visually appealing web applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.​
• Implement complex front-end business logic and integrate with back-end services using RESTful APIs.​
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, reliability, and scalability across various devices and browsers.​
• Writes maintainable, modular, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.​
• Participates in code reviews, identify, and fix bugs, and maintain a high level of overall application quality.​
• Collaborates with other experts across our worldwide organization to explore solutions, adapt and share best practice.
• Integrates with various APIs and third-party services.
• Utilizes Azure cloud services such as Azure Functions and Cosmos DB for efficient data management.
