We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented AEM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of campaigns, promotions, and updates across our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.  This position is based in the Philippines, and we are only able to consider candidates who possess the required work authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Enrichment and Product Approval: Manage and approve products in the SKU library/Vantage.
• Content Creation and Implementation: Create and implement pages, microsites, sections, tiles, discover, and recipe pages on the drop page
• Campaign Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Promotion Implementation: Plan and execute promotional activities to drive customer engagement.
• Value Banners Brief and Lytho Request Creation: Develop briefs for value banners and coordinate with the design team for Lytho requests.
• Merch Card & Banner creation, and Implementation
• Brand Page Creation
• Product Group Update/Creation

• Establishes strong and effective communication with all Departments and ensures that all Front Office Policies and Procedures are adhered to.

What you will be doing:

• As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.
• Be responsible for the reception desk and concierge operations
• Ensure the accounts are correct and admin processes run smoothly.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the Rooms departments and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
• Communicate directly with Sales, Accounting, Housekeeping and Reservation and provides them with all relevant/ needed information.
• Awareness of room status and also the competitors’ status.
• Optimises the occupancy rate and average room rate.
• Maximize rooms revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practice.
