JOB SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant is a key administrative professional who supports the Head of Global Client Delivery – Philippines and will be the point of first contact for executives, managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

As an indispensable asset to executives, they help maintain operational efficiencies, coordinate logistics, and facilitate communication across different departments.

This role demands high professionalism and flexibility, as Executive Assistants will interact with internal and external stakeholders, including other employees, clients, and partners. while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, summaries, and minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
• Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress.
• Conduct research and collect/analyze data to support decision-making and provide valuable insights.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain databases and records, ensuring they are comprehensive, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Manage and prioritize daily workload, effectively balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.

As a Senior Front-End Developer, the position requires involvement in the design and building all UI/UX elements of the Applications. Having the mindset of a good front end developer, he/she should be able to understand and comprehend the incremental business value of the deliverables on every sprint by providing sound technical solutions while adapting and integrating current trends and technologies is highly expected. Ongoing improvements and features are being added to this Application constantly, and involve:

• Develop and maintain web applications with advanced design principles behind a scalable application
• Performs code reviews ensuring best coding practices and the user-defined acceptance criteria are implemented.
• Prepare software documentation such as diagrams (UML, entity-relationship diagram, process workflow) and user guides
• Participate in meetings such as daily stand-up and sprint retrospectives.
• Creating, maintaining, and supporting complex jQuery task libraries
• Creating and managing SPAs to meet the business needs

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 5 years of solid understanding and strong UI/UX design and development (Angular JS, Node JS, React JS, jQuery)
• With knowledge of MVC application frameworks such as Laravel and CodeIgniter 
• With knowledge in Test Driven Development (TDD)
• With strong knowledge in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3
• With proficiency in consuming REST web services.
• With proficiency in using source code version control (GitHub)
• With 3-year minimum working experience in an agile development adapting Scrum as a framework
• Comprehensive understanding on the business value of the assigned project to produce demonstrable incremental value for every sprint iteration.
• Breaking down large user stories into smaller stories adhering towards shared understanding, increasing the accuracy of estimation and tasks prioritization
• Ability to work on an existing project and starting from ground zero until deployment and maintenance.

Reporting directly to the Customer Support Director – Player Engagement. The Executive Assistant provides administrative support in a remote working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as a liaison to the executive and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates internal and external relations efforts; and helps oversee special projects driven by the CS Director. The Executive Assistant must be flexible and enjoy working in an environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and customer and employee-friendly.
