Key Responsibilities: 

• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma

The Cinematic Designer’s main task is to work with people across different disciplines to create in-game cutscenes. A Cinematic Designer is expected to be a multi-disciplinary individual capable of learning and adapting to different needs. Their focus is on storytelling, realization and delivering high-quality content in an efficient manner. 

The Cinematic Designer should have a basic understanding of composition, framing, and animation. They should also be familiar with using a game engine, as the job requires most of the work be done in one. Familiarity with video editing, animation software or in-engine cutscene creation tools is recommended. They should also have good communication and teamwork skills as Cinematic Designers are expected to communicate with other job disciplines frequently.  

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Create in-game cutscenes using proprietary tools. 
• Analyze and assess scripts to highlight dependencies and risks. 
• Coordinate with Level and Quest Designers to stage cutscenes in the world. 
• Work with Lighting, Audio, and VFX Artists on realization of the content. 

A Junior Level Designer creates the game world and defines the moment-to-moment gameplay experiences with the game’s mechanics and systems. With a player-oriented mindset, you will take levels from concept to fully playable prototypes, and further work with other disciplines to deliver fully realized, narrative experiences to a AAA standard.  

The main tasks of the Junior Level Designer are to:  

• Conceptualize and prototype the layout of 3D game environments and player activities 
• Communicate designs to the team through presentations and documents 
• Build 3D game worlds by placing interactive elements in the game world to create variety, distribution, and progression of player activity using iterative design methods 
• Collaborate with Directors and Leads to bring their high-level creative vision of our game worlds to life

This role is primarily responsible for the development of visual communications, visual strategy execution of complex project requirements, and delivery of appropriate creative design concepts for internal and external presentations and campaigns across print and digital platforms. This includes the overall layout, design, and production activities and contributing to the development of new concepts, graphic standards and templates, and improved processes and workflow system.

• Manage end-to-end graphic design production efforts including graphic design of qualifications, proposals, presentations, marketing collaterals, and reports.
• Execute design concepts to support marketing campaigns and social media campaigns

• Works closely with the audio team in all voice design related aspects laid out by the Senior Voice Designer.
• Implement narrative and systemic dialogue for the game
• Edit, master and deliver voice assets according to loudness specifications
• Manage dialogue data in the dialogue database
