As the Student Re-engagement Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to extended students who dropped from the program. Your primary objective will be to reengage these students and provide guidance to support their successful return to the extended course. The project aims to enhance: flood and climate change resilience that is consistent with the Philippines Development Plan of 2023-2028 (PDP). The project’s major outcome is to reduce flood risk in three river basins.

The Team Leader/Project Management Specialist will provide the following services:

• Over-all liaison with the implementing agencies;
• Maintain good coordination among the Client, Asian Development Bank (ADB) and other stakeholders;
• Coordination of the input and output of the sub-teams (Outputs 1, 2 and 3) of consultants (both in the field and home based);
