As a member of our Business SaaS Service Desk team, you are responsible for the end to end management of Avaloq clients. The team is the single point of contact for all clients asking for SaaS support, it manages the incoming calls, tickets and e-mails. All the issues are tracked through the ticketing tool and notified to clients.

The Service Desk also manages the service malfunction/interruption communications and support the service-related report activities.

Your key tasks

• First level Help Desk support: provide a single point of contact for both, internal and external Avaloq clients
• Make an efficient initial assessment of customers` requests: either resolve or assign them to the 2nd level support accordingly
• Record and track incidents and complaints keeping clients informed on their requests’ status and progress
• Manage clients requests’ life-cycle including closure and verification
• Produce and update statistics and reports to both, clients and Avaloq management

The Accounting Specialist supports the Account Receivables Team within the Accounting Department. The team member will process cash receipts into the ERP system as well as resolve any cash application issues by communicating with the Accounts Receivables Collections Team. They will also be responsible for reconciling customer accounts as guidance is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Process ACH, check deposits from lockbox system, and credit card transactions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
• Excel Proficiency – Intermediate/Advanced level user (Must be able to perform VLOOKUP, formatting, formula creation/update, Text-to-Columns, and organize/update Pivot tables)
• Ability to analyze large sets of data
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Previous Accounts Receivable (Cash Applications) experience required
• Minimum of 2+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

The Accounts Payable Specialist will review, properly account for, and appropriately arrange for payment of the company’s various invoices and other operating financial obligations, in addition to researching APrelated issues and participating in special projects in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain AP vendor files

• Audit and reconcile all vendor invoices and approvals for payment

•Identifies areas within hotel operations where AI tools and technologies can improve efficiency, and develops and implements AI-driven tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Design and Development

• Collaborate with HRBPs and key stakeholders to identify training needs. 
• Develop learning materials (e-learning modules, training manuals, workshops, etc.) tailored to business objectives and employee needs. 

2. Collaboration with HRBPs

• Work with HRBPs to align L&D programs with workforce planning, performance management, and career development strategies. 
• Gather feedback from HRBPs to ensure training programs address specific departmental needs. 

3. Facilitation of Learning

• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring alignment with HRBP-driven goals. 
• Coordinate with external training providers for specialized sessions where necessary. 

4. Continuous Improvement

• Regularly review training content in collaboration with HRBPs, ensuring it meets evolving business and employee needs.
