• Manage accounts receivables and keep up-to-date records
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies for claim submission and follow-up
• Generate revenue by making payment arrangements, collecting accounts and monitoring and pursuing delinquent accounts
• Collect delinquent accounts by establishing payment arrangements with patients, monitoring payments and following up with patients when payment lapses occur
• Maintain Medicare bad-debt cost report
• Secure outstanding balance payments for care of employees
• Verify insurance eligibility for patients and ensure timely payment
• Handle denied claims and appeal if necessary
• Reconcile payments and post to patients' accounts
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• With 1.5+ years of experience in a service desk environment
• Knowledge of supporting Microsoft technologies, including MS Office suite, Exchange Office 365, and Windows 10
• Ability to support networking issues including cabling and wireless, remote access connectivity (VPN), IP telephony and mobile devices
• Exposure to Ticketing Tools and Active Directory
• Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills

Nice to Have:

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist your responsibilities and duties include overseeing age receivables, invoicing, and client reporting work associated with the company.  You will perform the monthly invoicing and the age receivable duties, this will include but is not limited to the accounting entries, reconciling, distributing the customer invoices, and ensuring the cash collection in a timely manner. .. Accounts Receivable

• Send invoices and communicate with clients and customers to request and arrange payments
• Manage collection efforts and associated functions
