What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• With 1.5+ years of experience in a service desk environment
• Knowledge of supporting Microsoft technologies, including MS Office suite, Exchange Office 365, and Windows 10
• Ability to support networking issues including cabling and wireless, remote access connectivity (VPN), IP telephony and mobile devices
• Exposure to Ticketing Tools and Active Directory
• Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills

Nice to Have:

 What will you do?

• Delivering first level support in a Service Desk environment. Handle calls professionally, courteously, and effectively, adhering to standard procedures. Address intermediate technical issues based on experience and expertise
• Manage application deployment using approved software tools.  Ensure strict compliance with licensing and maintain accurate inventory records
• Own incidents and requests until resolution, keeping customers informed and collaborating with relevant teams for solutions
• Handle intermediate-level administration for all systems, including VPN support and phone/voicemail management. Address information security threats and guide junior staff in security administration across various platforms
• Recommend and schedule hardware and peripheral improvements, upgrades, and repairs
• Ensure hygiene of incidents and requests in the CWR’s incident management system, adhering to all quality and regulatory standards

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist your responsibilities and duties include overseeing age receivables, invoicing, and client reporting work associated with the company.  You will perform the monthly invoicing and the age receivable duties, this will include but is not limited to the accounting entries, reconciling, distributing the customer invoices, and ensuring the cash collection in a timely manner. .. You will function as a key part of the company’s finance team. Your main priority is to maintain and improve our client experience. You are also expected to provide additional support to management during audits or other busy time.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Accounts Receivable

• Send invoices and communicate with clients and customers to request and arrange payments
• Manage collection efforts and associated functions
• Send statement to outstanding customers
• Recording and tracking payments in databases and accounting software
• Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
• Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
• Reconcile A/R to the G/L
• Perform weekly accounts receivable aging report
• Work with the CX department on profitability and other ad hoc reporting

Accounting

• Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
• Creating reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
• Analyze financial data and ensure compliance 
• Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Provide support for internal and external audits
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
