Your key tasks
Support in maintenance of Employee Personnel Files
Ensure that employee documents are deleted/removed according to Avaloq Global Retention Policy
Ensure pre-employment documents are maintained/stored in Personnel Sharepoint Folder.
Uploading pertinent documents in employee E-dossier in SAP
Support in Onboarding Activities
Support in monitoring pre-employment requirements for New Joiners
Sending of Onboarding Invite to new Joiners (sending of Calendar Invites only. Onboarding Agenda and Welcome Email)
Support in Offboarding Activities
Schedule and confirm Exit interviews with Leaver employee/s (sending calendar invites only)
Assist with Government Statutory reporting or any related report (as needed)
Prepare Philhealth ER-2 enrolment
Participate in HR Operations Meetings (Bi Weekly, TRILA etc)
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and process improvement initiatives
Others
Support in creation of regular reports and presentations as needed
Assist HR Department to perform all other duties as assigned
