• Will provide direct, day-to-day support to the CU Head and other selected leaders within her broader team
• Will be responsible for performing a range of administrative duties, coordinating schedules, travel and events and helping prepare important documents and reports for executives.
• Perform daily administrative activities effectively
• Collaborate with the entire business functions and external partners
• Assists on special projects, events or similar initiatives
• Produces reports, presentations, executive briefs, and other executive materials that support business efforts
• Develops and carries out an efficient documentation and filing system e.g: project documents, such as proposals, contracts, and invoices etc.
• Plans and schedules the meetings with the Leaders and other team members, making travel arrangements as needed, and maintaining meeting notes
• Maintains executives’ calendar and arranges meetings and appointments, and participate in other business activities
• Manages travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels, arranging transportation, and handling baggage
• Creates Purchase Orders and perform service entry in the system for business teams
• Supports business teams in organizing/managing workshops, trainings, conferences, business meetings, product launch events
• Drafts correspondence, reports, and other documents for clients and internal staff members
• Assists in onboarding of new staff / inbound transferee on admin related matters
• Undertakes the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
• Handles requests and queries appropriately
• Handle daily transactions for operations with high accuracy
• Prepare correspondence, documents and reports
• Serve on committees and teams to support and collaborate with stakeholders (on site and with our teams
• Perform other duties assigned by the CU Head

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Champion of Discipline Process and provides guidance to Supervisors and Management Team in handling employee cases.  
• Implements and administers Company-wide programs, events, activities such as Community, CSR, Wellness Programs and Communications Programs including Town Hall Meetings, Kamustahan, Skip Level Meetings, Coffee talks, etc.  
• Conducts regular employee sensing/pulsing and surveys.
• Provides information, guidance and direction on HR programs, processes, and procedures to employees and managers.
• Tracks and compiles issue logs, complaints and feedback to appropriate area and Management for action.  
• Drafts HR policy and programs.
• Responds to employee inquiries, questions, and concerns.
• Supports organizational and development efforts for all employees.
• Assists in Performance Management Process, Rewards and Recognition Programs.
• Handles Internal Communications of the Company thru the guidance from HRBP and HR Director using different platforms such as Email blasts, Intranet, TVS and bulletin boards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Industrial Labor Laws and Human Resource Principles
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge in different Media platforms for Communications materials
• Fluent in both written and spoken Filipino and English
• Excellent interpersonal and social skills in various levels of the organization

• The Sr. Analyst, Global HR Technology Solutions (Workday) will be a key contributor, starting with implementation and transitioning into steady-state operations.
• Leverage deep expertise in Workday configuration to deliver solutions in one or more functional areas of HR, creating operational efficiency and delightful employee experiences.

• The successful candidate will serve as the client-side subject matter expert in one or more functional areas of Workday (HCM, Talent optimization, Compensation, Absence, Reporting & Analytics).
• S/he will partner with our global implementation team of both SGS and third party stakeholders to design, configure, test and deploy Workday
• As we transition to post go-live operations, accountabilities will include:
  • Responsible for the functional configuration and management of Workday on one or more Workday Functional Areas as a subject matter expert.
  • Delivers new requirements and continuous improvement of system configuration and user experience following an Agile Methodology. Will participate in Sprints or take the role of Scrum Master on a scheduled basis.
  • Acts as an escalation point and works towards resolution of defects in configuration.
  • Champions innovation and system stability during the bi-annual feature release of Workday.
• Stands as a trusted partner of HR Operations and/or Centers of Excellence by managing stakeholders and collaborating with them towards the success of projects.
