• Administer HR contact center services by resolving simple transactions through calls, chats through the company’s ticketing system.

People Services Specialist supports People Experience operations within the areas of attraction, retention and optimization with the goal of implementing and managing initiatives that will cultivate a healthy, sustainable, and productive environment.

• Maintains and updates employee records in the physical 201 folders and in the HRIS
•  Maintains the employee training record & ensures that training information is accurate & updated
• Updates employee records and ensures that employees and their dependents are included in all applicable benefits.
• Oversees employee offboarding with concerned stakeholders and ensures that the required employee clearance is routed to all departments so final pay is released as scheduled

• Developing and implementing HR strategy. You will implement both regional and global business strategies within your market(s). You’ll bring expertise on industry and market trends and situations to develop and implement HR initiatives in line with the market(s) operational needs.

You will implement defined retention strategies within your market(s), ensuring that retention agreements are executed in line with local requirements and providing feedback on local nuances that could impact the strategy. You will escalate local situations that require HRBP review or approval, (e.g. identify flight risks, compensation issues or local competitive or benefit nuances).
• Talent management and development. You will support the roll out of global and regional development initiatives and programs within your market(s), partnering with people managers and employees to provide on-the-ground leadership as appropriate.
• Employee relations, labor relations and performance management. You will develop and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect market conditions and company philosophy. You’ll ensure compliance with policies at the local level. You’ll oversee appropriate resolution of employee relations issues within your market, escalating as required based on complexity and seniority of associates involved. You will partner with locally relevant Works Councils and Unions. Lastly, you’ll assist with the execution of Performance Improvement plans at the local level (L4 and below).
• Culture, values and Diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) You will maintain a positive organizational culture in the market(s) you support, aligned with the organization's values and mission, which includes promotion or DE&I. You’ll drive local implementation of global initiatives (eg. Workplace with Purpose, policy changes). You will coach and guide local managers and associates on processes such as performance management, total rewards, employee engagement, career conversations and conflict management. You will engage, build and retain talent within your geography by fostering a positive local culture and deploying locally relevant programs aligned to global strategy.
• Change management and communication. You will assist with the roll out of key change initiatives and communication campaigns. You’ll support your respective HR leader in building change management materials, gathering appropriate stakeholder feedback and executing against plans. You will demonstrate ongoing leadership to ensure transformation is fully implemented and results in lasting change. 
• Compliance. You will ensure that the organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations relating to HR, including labor laws, employment standards, local norms, and partner with security team on health and safety regulations. You’ll monitor and drive key HR processes for all employees in the market(s) (e.g. merit, goals and objectives, bonus, SIP, performance reviews, Code of Conduct implementation and any other relevant initiatives).

• Ensure all client queries are appropriately responded to and all emails received into the team’s mailbox are actioned
• Ensure all payments are processed accurately and delivered to required timescale
• Ensure all contact and time reporting system changes are processed accurately and delivered to required timescales
• Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with CS Teams regarding the progress of tasks and share information with GPT colleagues
• Identify areas for improvement regarding GPT process and offer solutions
• Providing support and training to the rest of the team, and

• Accurate daily completion of the time reporting system for all tasks undertaken

• Understand and use best practice on Investran

• Understand the process in setting up, gaining authorisation for and releasing payments via the various banking systems

Risk

• Ensure relevant procedures and checklists are adhered to and completed to minimise risk of errors
• Reports any breaches, complaints or errors to the relevant Client Services Team Accountant and Compliance officer promptly
• Assist in the preparation of error reports, identifying areas of operational risk and proposing appropriate remedial actions within 24 hours of identifying the error

You will build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients, gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.  

Drawing on your existing experience you will be responsible for the AML/KYC preparation, analysis and set-up of the investors’ files eg. Individual, Company, Trust, Foundation, Regulated entity.

Following our policies and procedures is a must; meeting our regulatory obligations is essential but there will be times when you need to use your own judgment to highlight any significant finds and put forward any recommendations to help us find an appropriate solution.

Balancing your day with different priorities and working closely with your colleagues to on-board our new clients is essential. Uou will follow-up of the KYC files with the relevant parties when needed such as Auditor, AIFM, Depositary, Compliance, Management. You will do AML screening, filing and scanning of the KYC documentation as well as receive, investigate and answer emails/ queries from internal and external parties in a timely manner.
