Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

• Support other IQ-EQ departments, provide and share AML/KYC expertise during day to day business
• Responsible of a portfolio of investors for AML/KYC onboarding process
• Making sure every file is duly monitored and that appropriate actions are taken for incomplete KYC file, including, but not limited to reminders, phone calls and organisation of meetings
• Prepare relevant checklist in line with the investor profile and update database
• Keep your portfolio updated and provide regular feedback to your Line Manager

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

• Support the Luxembourg-based Portfolio Management AIFM Department in fulfilling its day-to-day obligations related to AML/KYC on investment for both external and internal parties

To work within the Depositary team, assisting in carrying out asset verification, cash monitoring and compliance oversight for investment funds investing in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, and other asset classes.

The Accounts Receivable & Credit Officer will ensure all receipts are processed accurately and within a timely manner. AR Officer Duties

• Process bank statement receipts on a daily basis
• Process incoming cheques received by Aurecon local offices

As TSA’s Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for managing the financial obligations of the company by overseeing the payment of invoices and ensuring that all financial transactions related to the company's expenses are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

What will your normal day look like? 

• Reviewing and processing invoices received from vendors, suppliers, and  service providers
• Set up new vendors through our EFTSure verification system to verify their bank details against bank database. Verifying the accuracy and legitimacy of 
• invoices, ensuring that goods or services were received as per the agreed-upon 
• terms. verifying vendors through our EFTSure system.
• Entering invoice details and relevant financial information into the company's 
• accounting system Epicor.
• Coordinating and processing payments to vendors and suppliers according to established payment terms and schedules.
• Monitoring and managing the company's expenses in Promaster, and ensuring

Reporting to the Director of Rooms and Guest Experience Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring we provide the highest level of guest service to all our guests most especially to our Japanese guests in Fairmont, Raffles and Raffles Residences. The Guest Relations Officer (Japanese Speaking) will be in charge of liaison with our Japanese guests whether checking in or checking out, an event attendee, F&B patron, in-house guest and offer assistance throughout the duration of their stay.
