Duties

• Performing meeting preparations for CEO - agenda, ensuring it's a useful meeting, researching/summarizing the last meeting, searching the social media  of meeting attendees for relevant information
• Assisting with Monday Strategy meeting prep, pulling numbers etc.
• Ensuring CEO has context on those he is communicating with
• Gifting - researching and finding "wow gifts" CEO
• Social media for CEO - LinkedIn responses
• Booking company travel/accommodation/hotels/parking etc.
• Calendar management
• Provide essential administrative support 

To succeed in this role, we don't expect you to have skills in all of these areas but a working knowledge will give you an advantage:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (Mandatory)
