Your Responsibilities 

The Business Information Research (BIR) Lead will oversee a group of BIR analysts who are responsible for the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets, with a focus on companies and infrastructure projects, which are vital inputs to the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform. The BIR Lead will oversee the team’s development, ensuring performance standards are met, supporting the overall goal of establishing Manila as the centre of excellence for dataset management.

Your Responsibilities  

As a RepRisk® Junior Business Information Analyst, your focus is the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets focused on companies and infrastructure projects which are vital inputs to the ESG Research, Products, and Sales departments through the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform.  Part of your responsibilities would include matching client company records that were not automatically matched to the RepRisk database by our internal tools.  You will also be responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of entities in the RepRisk database by performing scheduled reviews, cleanups, and special projects. • Contribute to market research, including identify market potential and find potential leads, reach out new potential clients via cold calling, email, LinkedIn communication;

Your Responsibilities  

As our Business Manager – Operations, you will be responsible for providing day–to–day support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO), a member of the executive team, based in Zurich, Switzerland. As her right–hand, you will support her in a variety of tasks, from administrative to strategic. Your ability to communicate, think critically, and manage projects will be key to your success. Among others, you will: 

• Monitor and report on the Operations division’s budget, initiatives and activities. 
• Act as the Operations Management Team’s secretary, document discussions, follow up on decisions and action items, and support the members as needed. 
• Create content for internal and external audiences, from analyst to the board level. Synthesize complex processes and situations into meaningful strategic and visual content. 
• Improve processes and identify areas of improvement across the organization to drive efficiency and effectiveness in planning, reporting and communication with the team and internal stakeholders. 
• Organize and execute team activities, provide ad-hoc administrative support, including expense management, travel, training and meeting arrangements, note-taking, and events planning and coordination

You may be responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Managing and processing sales orders and invoices in a timely manner
• Contract Creation and Negotiation.

• Doing outbound calls to nurture Potential Leads
• Inbound and Outbound calls to close deals and secure contract signatures
• Answering phone calls and providing customer support to clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales administrator, sales support, or other similar role
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High level of proficiency in the English language
• Proficiency with cloud-based tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple iSuite, Zoom and other project management tools
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with CRM software usage and management
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Knowledge of email marketing is a plus
• Experience with social media community engagement is a plus
