Job Background and Purpose:

• Citi as the leading global bank is present in 100+ countries, 16 of which are in Asia.  In each of these countries the Central Banks and other financial regulatory bodies require the timely and accurate reporting of prudential requirements and other monetary statistics. The Citi global platform, RegInsight, together with standard data stores helps meet the evolving regulatory reporting needs
• Citi in Asia is rolling out RegInsight for Local Regulatory Reporting (“LRR”) using a standardized and automated approach. A few Asia countries have started to implement RegInsight and more countries will follow in the years ahead
• In order to execute the implementation programs in a more efficient manner, Citi is setting up a centralized team in Asia to support the Asia country programs and the reporting processes. The centralized team members will be mostly based in Manila, which is one of the strategic sites of Citi Finance for US Reporting, and will work closely with representatives in the Asia countries such as Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and India in meeting the countries’ reporting obligations to their specific regulators

Key Responsibilities of the centralized team members:

Requirements Phase

• Understand and translate Asia local regulatory report requirements and its interpretation while identifying commonality and standards for classification in liaison with Finance SMEs and Technology Colleagues.
• Decompose the local regulatory report forms / schedule to identify critical information / data and its expected values.
• Prepare documentation to source data from a central database, specifying the actual requirement, expected values, and checks required for the data to be consumed. 
• Prepare documentation to resolve data issues by interacting with multiple functions like country Finance, FRSS and Global Data Services teams.

Rules Development Phase

• Perform Mapping (Rules) Documentation, Writing, and Review in accordance with identified Requirements. 

Testing Phase

With our mission to provide the world’s most secure payment method, we need Technical Business Analysts who’ll be willing to take the company to the next level! As a sneak peak of behind the scenes, you will:

• Play a crucial role in driving Escrow.com’s relationship and integration with different companies worldwide.
• Be involved in technical discovery discussions with potential clients, and provide them an overview of how integrations with Escrow.com work.
• Serve as the main point of contact regarding technical concerns on Escrow.com’s APIs, webhooks, and other integration products.
• Review the needs and requirements of clients, and recommend APIs, or integration products that would best suit them.
• Provide guidance for ongoing client integrations, ensuring their successful implementation.
• Make updates to Escrow.com’s API when necessary, including bug fixes or implementing new APIs for integrations.

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Strong knowledge on API design principles and web technologies (REST, JSON, XML, etc.)
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
• Experience with Postman, Chrome DevTools as well as using design tools such as Figma or Moqups.
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Kibana, Grafana, etc)
• Knowledge on Javascript, CSS, HTML and other programming languages.
