Position Summary: 
Provides analysis to different functions primarily to Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Responsibility scope may include collaboration and back up supporting, but not limited to Manufacturing/Operations, SIOP,  Sourcing, Finance and management, of the entire business in reviewing, analyzing, documenting and validating user requirements, applications and processes. Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business growth in the current and new revenue streams.

Major Responsibilities:
•    Gathers and evaluates data from multiple sources.  Analyzes, reconciles and identifies measurable opportunities for improvement.  Identifies and implements audit processes to ensure data issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner. 
•    Develops and maintains processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity across the business. Creates and maintains workflows and approval processes based on internal stakeholder requirements 
•    Acts as subject matter expert for new processes, KPI’s, and data management. Collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. Partners with various leaders to design optimal solutions that meet the business needs of our internal and external customers. 
•    Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
•    Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
•    Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
 

Required Education / Experience / Skills: 
•    With experience as a Data Analyst or a related field.
•    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably but not required ( Computer Science, Business and Sales related courses, Industrial Engineering) 
•    Detail oriented and accurate.
•    Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables).
•    Strong analytical skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets.
•    Flexible, able to work on own initiative, deal with more than one project at a time, can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks accordingly.

You are a Workforce Queue Analyst, a champion in your field. As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Efficiently manage call volume and labour resources for inbound and outbound call
  centres, while maintaining and exceeding the organization and client targets
• Monitor designated call centres through various internal and external platforms,
  instituting timely and efficient communication to verify allocation settings, queue
  settings, overflow targets, and media events
• Utilization of multiple platforms to analyse/manage call volume
• Incumbent may provide appropriate recommendations and/or implement queue, DNIS
  priority and holdout adjustments through the various network carrier platforms while
  ensuring that established goals are met (including labour utilization, service levels and
  ASA's overflow and queue settings)
• Professionally provide project specific status information to both operations and client
  contacts
• Provide troubleshooting support for level of escalations and coordination for all
  inbound and outbound systems and call routing issues
• Recognize and initiate escalation for all system difficulties, including switch and ACD

• Engage B2B Mobility Product organizations to regularly review and identify permanent solutions to frequently encountered operational issues

• Educate and train clients on best practices for all supported services

• Represent complex customer change requests, system, or operational requirements, negotiate and manage expectations internally and externally

• Proactively notify clients regarding any widespread or business critical problems with the application,

• Stay current with Commercial and Money Movement Solutions, releases and inform / educate clients as needed on latest enhancements

• Follow the Sun support, as appropriate

As part of the team, you will get opportunity to work on strategically important projects for clients and Visa

·       Working with the in-country team to expand the business in the market

·       Working with regional and global client services counterparts deliver a seamless client experience

·       Understanding the new products and services requirements and coordinate internal resources to accomplish Visa and client objectives

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
