The IT HelpDesk Manager will spend approximately 20% of their time working on projects and 40% supporting SaaS applications and working on Service desk tickets. Wrist Service Center is looking for an IT Delivery Center Head who will assume the overall leadership responsibility for the Manila-based delivery center including staff management as well as vendor relations management. General

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage diverse operational projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
• Analyze, optimize, and implement new operational strategies.
• Monitor and report on project outcomes and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role
• Has advanced knowledge of Excel
• Has advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms for development
• Basic design skills for process and report layouts
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• General understanding of the financial services sector

Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves:

• Experience in a consulting role
• PMP Certification
