The Video Editor will be focused on creating new video content and digital media assets for customers. Qualified candidates will be expected to have experience in video and sound editing, motion graphics, and visual effects, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and be passionate about innovative designs.  This role will work closely with instructional designers, project managers and clients to bring concepts to life quickly and efficiently, ensuring that all video content is visually engaging, informative, and aligned with our clients’ objectives. This role requires someone who can deliver exceptional video content rapidly. The person needs to be able to frequently iterate upon designs in accordance with customer requirements, while meeting aggressive deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Video Production and Editing: Produce and edit high-quality videos. Take ownership of video projects from design to final editing and post-production. Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) to create engaging visual content 
• Professional-Grade Videos. Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality videos, ensuring smooth transitions, clear audio, and professional-grade output 
• Motion Graphics: Conceptualize, design, and execute captivating motion graphics for videos and other digital media. Bring podcast-style learning videos, how-to videos, and training videos to life through visually engaging animations that are produced rapidly 
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all motion design work aligns with specific brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and visually appealing brand identity across various media 
• User Engagement: Use your creative talents to enhance user engagement and viewer experience. Craft animations that resonate with our users 
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends and technologies, incorporating innovative techniques into your work to keep our content fresh and competitive

The Project Manager will be focused on managing services engagements, acting as the primary engagement manager for our clients. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are on time, within scope, and meet our clients’ expectations. The projects you will manage will be primarily focused on revenue enablement, including the creation of courses, job aids, in-person events, and other training materials. 

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the engagement lifecycle 
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including setting timelines, milestones, and deliverables 
• Plan, organize, and manage revenue enablement projects, including course creation, job aid development, and other related services 
• Monitor project status, track progress, and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely and successful project completion. 
• Coordinate with internal teams, including instructional designers, content writers, and external subject matter experts (SMEs), to deliver high-quality outputs that meet client expectations 
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes 
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that projects are delivered within financial constraints 
• Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams, providing updates and addressing any concerns 
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date 
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and client satisfaction 

• Native or Fluent English speaker 
• 5 years experience in a similar role 
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a High Tech services or consulting environment 
• Experience managing projects related to revenue enablement, such as course creation, training programs, or sales support materials 
• Strong understanding of the content creation processes, including instructional design and multimedia development 
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile frameworks 
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams 
• Highly skilled in spreadsheets and data visualizations
