The Instructional Designer will be focused on designing engaging and impactful training content that drives performance and results for our customers. Much of the content will be focused on sales, technical, and product enablement. Qualified candidates will be expected to have extensive knowledge of rapid curriculum development, instructional design best practices, adult learning styles, learning and development standards, and elearning approaches.  This role requires someone who can deliver exceptional content rapidly. Candidates should be passionate about delivering innovative, micro-learning designs quickly.
