As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist you will collaborate and knowledge share across the whole Allegis Global Solutions client portfolio. The key focus for a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist is to execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high quality, cost effective and timely filling of roles. You will work closely with the onsite Recruitment Relationship Manager to provide input into sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness. 

Reporting into the Recruitment Sourcing Team Lead, you will assist in driving best practice sourcing strategies and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.   

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Implementing the sourcing strategy and sourcing qualified candidates for open positions in a designated functional area of the client’s organization.
• Utilizing a variety of sources in line with the client’s branding and social media policies with a focus on direct sourced (passive) candidates.
• Responsibility for being the first point of contact for candidates, delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process.
• Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening criteria defined by the client.
• Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database.
• Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client’s workforce plans.
• Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.
• Assisting with development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies, etc.

Wrist Shared Service Center is looking for an IT Director Group IT Manila who will assume the overall leadership responsibility for Wrist’s Manila based IT organization. This includes employee management as well as local IT vendor relations management towards i.e., our local recruiting partner. You will be responsible for performance management of the IT teams as well as personal development and coaching of direct reports.

In collaboration with your Danish-based IT management colleagues you will be responsible for building an IT organization that works as one across Manila and Nørresundby (Denmark). Moreover, you are expected to cultivate a structured, process-oriented approach to operations, to ensure a smooth and efficient integration of operations across time zones and continents and lay the foundation for continuous service, process and quality improvement.    

To succeed in the role of IT Director Group IT Manila, you continuously communicate with your Danish IT management colleagues to align efforts and provide valuable insights and support.  

The overall responsibility includes, but is not limited to:

• Manage and develop Wrist’s Manila based IT organization to ensure that the center can deliver market leading IT services and capacity (cost and quality) to the entire Wrist Group
• Develop Wrist’s Manila based IT organization’s overall vision for enabling Wrist’s business strategy: Together with IT management, set direction for future development, opportunities as well as setup improvements
• Increase IT services offered by Wrist’s Manila based IT organization and develop additional value adding services in collaboration with your Danish colleagues in Wrist’s IT management and business stakeholders.
• Manage and ensure integration of Wrist’s Manila based IT-organization with the overall goal of ensuring that Wrist’s IT function readily can meet business needs
• Consolidate and optimize the Manila based IT organization’s processes: Experience with establishing ITIL practices and/or agile ways of working is a plus but not a requirement
• Responsible for results delivered by the Manila based IT organization
• Manage stakeholder alignment and engagement across Wrist’s business units and Group IT to ensure customer-centric focus and that as part of Group IT the Manila based IT organization represents one community and interface to the Wrist business.
• Coordinate business continuity efforts and aligning leadership approach among team leaders in collaboration with your Danish IT management colleagues.

Vendor Management

• Actively manage all aspects of the day-to-day relationship with local partners relevant to the IT organization
• Fully leveraging the capabilities of partner and opportunities to improve day-2-day operations.

Finance Management

• Manage budget as well as deliver benefits set out in the business case for the Manila based IT organization.

• Ensure cost transparency across all service areas in Manila.
• Ensure cost allocation to relevant cost centres when utilising team members for non-support activities.

Reports to

The Manila based IT organization is organizationally anchored in Wrist Group IT. As IT Director Group IT Manila you will report directly to the Group CIO, closely collaborate with the office of the CIO and have a dotted reporting line to the general manager of our WSC.

Authority

Where responsibility is allocated, the matching authority is also granted, unless otherwise stated. Stop any operation when deemed unsafe to continue.

Documentation and record responsibilities

• Monthly financial reporting on budgets (REYR)
• Participate in IT management meetings to coordinate and prioritize projects and tasks across functional IT areas.
• Responsible for escalating personnel matters directly to CIO when needed.

Qualification Requirements

• University degree (bachelor or master’s) within relevant field; Business, Computer Science, information technology management etc.
• Good English language skills.
• Experience with project- and stakeholder management.
• Experience with financial reporting.
• 10 years of experience working in IT preferably in international organizations
• 7 years of experience as a people manager and solid leadership background – experience with and ability to lead through others
• Skilled in change management and organizational development.
• Ability to link business strategy and IT to provide services to the Wrist business. Ability to lead and communicate visions, plans and business cases convincingly at senior management level
• Full understanding of the majority of the functions in a global organization.

Responsibilities:

• The onboarding specialist will support the onboarding of all new clients.
• The company has developed a proprietary AI Voice product
• The onboarding specialist will support the integration of the AI Voice product with the clients services
• The company works primarily with Home Service companies (e.g. Plumbing, electrical)
• The onboarding specialist will ensure that the client has successfully completed all informational requirements that will help AI Voice integration
• Once the AI Voice product has been integrated with the client, the onboarding specialist will monitor all quality assurance to ensure required AI Voice updates are being completed
• The onboarding specialist will act as an ongoing liaison with the client after successful onboarding completed

• 3-5 years of experience working with CRMs
• Proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, etc). 
• Former onboarding experience would be a plus. 
• Conversational in English (as this role will be occasionally engaging with clients directly)
• Having home service experience and experience with CRM's (e.g. ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro, etc) would be an added benefit.
