Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 01:00 PM EST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• With a Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate.
• Effectively manage ongoing settlement with various parties and update stakeholders as needed.
• Strong understanding of trademark laws, regulations, and filing procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, etc.)

What will you do?

• Collaborate with attorneys to manage trademark portfolios for a variety of clients.
• Prepare and file trademark and copyright applications, responses to office actions, and other related documents.
• Assist with drafting legal correspondence and documents, including cease-and-desist letters and licensing agreements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trademark matters using practice management software.
• Communicate with clients, government agencies, and external stakeholders regarding trademark matters.
• Email communications and correspondence.
• Client Intake process management.
