As we expand our organisation both across new products and services, as well as Geographies for employees and clients, we’re looking for a Support expert to focus on continuous improvement and team management.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams on workforce planning system, and process to ensure ongoing engagement with business leaders.
• Support Sales Team/ Onboarding team with models and guideline for evaluating new business/ migration workforce requirements.
• Regular reviews on the completeness and accuracy of reporting dashboards including KPI ratios (productivity, quality, resource planning and other business metrics)
• Analyse and report KPI and operational updates to ensure Business has clear understanding on the operational performance
• Execute timely analysis while managing multiple competing priorities. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders as well as work independently

We’re looking for a social media manager who has graphic design capabilities.

They'll be using Canva and Photoshop to create graphics to post here Kaizen (@kaizen.hit) • Instagram photos and videos and they will need to be good at creating captions for both IG and X. Canva graphic templates are already provided but ability to create designs from scratch will be a huge plus

• Experience creating social media content, captions, and designs at least 2-5 years
