Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create, curate, and manage content across various social media channels.

Write compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Transcribe videos and create engaging posts from them.

Monitor social media trends, K-pop news, and relevant conversations to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Utilize social media tools to analyze performance and drive traffic to our website.

Build and grow our social media following.

Affiliate Marketing:

Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs.

Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our brand and products.

Track and report on affiliate marketing performance, ensuring goals are met.

Optimize affiliate programs by testing new strategies and partnerships.

Team Management:

Lead and manage a small team of content creators and social media specialists.

Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team's success.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management and affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience working with K-Pop content and a deep understanding of the K-Pop industry.
• Strong content writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
• Experience transcribing videos and repurposing content for social media.
• Ability to drive traffic and sales through social media and affiliate marketing strategies.
• Previous experience working with a Korean company (at least 6 months preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

We are seeking a qualified Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our client and ensure their day-to-day operations run smoothly. This position is ideal for a proactive and resourceful individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize competing deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Tier 1: Business Support:
• Project/Task Management: Planning, tracking, and executing projects and tasks to meet deadlines and objectives efficiently. Batch tasks to ensure that I get through necessary “busy” work that no one else can execute
• Research: Conducting comprehensive research on various topics to provide valuable insights and information.
• Website and Social Support: Managing website content updates and providing assistance with social media management to enhance online presence.
• Ensure availability/access of data. Help gather relevant quality and financial data. Format to allow trending in Excel. Ensure that reporting gets to necessary parties- banks, etc.
• Support email marketing - coordinate email list and find ways to manage (unsubscribe, etc).
• Creating processes: Setting up automation, sending invoices, making sure the business runs on rails.
• Knowledge Management: Help organize online files in a way that I can find them when needed
• CRM / Customer information management: Organizing and research customer data
• Tier 2: Personal Support:
• Email Management: Organizing and prioritizing incoming messages, ensuring timely responses, and decluttering the inbox.
• Email communication: With clients and their assistants
• Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing commitments to optimize time. Schedule clashes and rebooking.
• Management of bi-weekly meetings with 6 people the client is coaching. Making sure the client doesn’t overload himself.
• Family/Home/Lifestyle Management Support: Assisting with personal tasks such as family event planning.
• Making sure the client is not overloaded: Telling the client when he’s too overloaded and helping to rearrange appointments
• Tier 3: Growth Support:
• Process Improvement: Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for enhancement to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Thought Partner: Engaging in strategic discussions and providing valuable input and perspectives to support decision-making.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant
• Proficient different tools such as Google Workspace, Convert Kit, Notion, WhatsApp, CRM tools and pipedrive
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
• Ability to learn new software programs and adapt to changing priorities.
• Discretion, tact, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

This role will encompass a variety of tasks across three key tiers: Appointment Setting & Business Support, Personal Support, and Growth Support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Tier 1: Appointment Setting & Business Support

• Calendar Management:
• Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage commitments to optimize the principal's time.
• Utilize scheduling software and maintain an accurate calendar.
• Instagram Appointment Setting:
• Following a provided script, schedule appointments via Instagram direct messages (DMs).
• Qualify leads through DMs to ensure a good fit for the program based on financial eligibility and program relevance.
• Email Management:
• Organize and prioritize incoming email messages.
• Craft timely and professional responses to inquiries.
• Maintain a clutter-free inbox through effective organization practices.
• Project/Task Management:
• Plan, track, and execute projects and tasks assigned by the principal.
• Manage deadlines and objectives efficiently.
• Website and Social Media Support:
• Assist with website content updates and social media management to enhance online presence.
• Research:

Tier 2: Personal Support

• Family/Home Management:

• Minimum of 2 solid years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Stripe,  CRM and project management tools.
• Previous experience in bookkeeping and CRM management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Exceed sales goals: The Inside Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving volume sales and achieving performance-based goals, both as an individual and as part of a team. They will be motivated to over-achieve sales targets and contribute to the continuous growth of foodpanda. Sales incentives will be offered to reward exceptional performance.
• Provide market expertise and recommendations: As a local market expert, the Inside Sales Executive will gather feedback from partner restaurants and provide valuable recommendations for improvements to management.
