The Support Analyst will be a primary point of contact who ensures that requests are expedited quickly and updated accurately in the Visa HRIS Workday. Our Support Analysts work closely with internal Centers of Excellence, managers, employees, and vendors to resolve & understand the nature of request, identify opportunities for process improvement and addressing a wide variety of system questions. Key areas of responsibility

• Will handle a team who provides operational support to the region/market that’s supported by this People Shared Services team
• Primarily support the triaging, assignment, and completion of queries in the case management tool ServiceNow, ensuring employee and organizational data housed in the global HRIS Workday is updated in a timely and accurate fashion
• Will work closely with the team to maintain the accuracy and relevance of team and employee knowledge bases
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to understand and resolve complex data errors and inconsistencies that negatively impact data integrity and reporting. 
• Responsible for making mass data updates within the HRIS Workday by utilizing EIB Enterprise Interface Builder loads
• Make recommendations for process improvements, assisting in the design and documentation of system requirements
• Supporting the creation of reports and dashboards in the case management tool, PowerPoint and excel to assist in identify important metrics and trends
• Perform system Workday user-acceptance testing
• Will assist in training new team members, acting as a mentor in operational procedures and task

The Global Dispute Operations Team Lead will lead a team of dispute processors of different levels, completing dispute work on behalf of DPS and VDMS clients.  They are subject matter experts in their field and as such will be a point of contact and escalation within the department for complex dispute matters.  Candidate will establish processes for efficient completion of Prepaid, Debit, and Regionals disputes in order to maximize resource utilization rates and Client recoveries.

Essential Functions

• Oversight and development of a team of analysts, coaching and mentoring team to maximize performance

• Manage methods of delivery through the optimization of established workflows, ensuring that all cases are worked within set timeframes and in accordance with local, federal, and Visa regulations

What we expect of you, day to day: 

• Be an escalation point for challenging transactions, HVTs (High Value Transactions), or clients/CSM (Customer Success Manager) requests 

• Ensure the effective and efficient week-to-week operations of the TSS team - and that daily and weekly targets are met

Position Description

The Merchant Support Team Lead position will be part of our Award-Winning Customer Support team and will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 15 Merchant Support Representatives taking inbound merchant requests through telephone calls, emails and chat sessions.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

• Ensures that staff performance is in compliance with established procedures and meets or exceeds departmental performance standards.

As a member of Network Operations L1 Support team, the Network Operations Lead has the primary responsibility for monitoring the Corporate Visa Networks and providing first level response to assist in the mitigation or elimination of issues affecting network connectivity and impacting our clients or the Visa brand. The preferred candidate will need to possess strong technical and analytical abilities, to effectively monitor and support network connectivity on critical systems, resolve a high number of reported issues without need for escalation or assistance.
