Executive Assistant Duties:

1. Administrative and Operational Support:

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining good relations with our clients. This position will report directly to the Client Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Communicates efficiently with clients: providing quotations, processing orders, and responding to messages.
• Handles some sensitive issues, such as when a client needs a polite reminder to pay an overdue invoice

Your Job

• Coordinating closely with local and international suppliers, forwarding agents, recipients, and colleagues.
• Execution of complete tracking process (EPC related).
• Managing customs clearance processes (EPC related).
• Coordination between the Contractor, Transportation service provider, Broker/Agencies and Customs offices for the project goods/equipment (EPC related).
• Optimize Supply Chain. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, negotiate costs, and improve efficiency.
• Approving and archiving of orders and shipping documents as well as invoices.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards
