We’re looking for someone with a good understanding of contact center functions including scheduling, call queues and forecasting volumes by half-hour segments.

• Communicate data in a clear, concise manner to the RTA Team and Operations

As Real Time Analyst Supervisor, You Have…

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Some post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling (preferred)
• 1-2 years experience in the contact center and/or customer service industry
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• The ability to use spreadsheet applications to maintain and develop operational reporting
• Exceptional time management, organizational and prioritization skills to complete work in a timely manner
• The ability to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

About the Job

We are seeking an Onboarding Supervisor to oversee the full onboarding cycle. This role will oversee the Onboarding team for both Manila and other sites in the Philippines. 

As Onboarding Supervisor, You Will…

• Be responsible for the full onboarding cycle 
• Create and/or update policies to outline the onboarding process
• Oversee the entire team and provide mentoring/coaching to team members
• Work and coordinate with managers and stakeholders to address onboarding issues, or new educational needs regarding specific employees and/or departments
• Attend meetings related to Recruitment and Onboarding to fully understand the needs of hiring requirements
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

As Onboard Supervisor, You Have…

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years onboarding with recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume, call center environment or related industry
• Must have 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Amenable to work in various locations, including our Clark and Cebu sites
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience (5 years) in a Leadership role and BPO environment with a focus on operations management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in BPO operations
• Open to working during varying schedules, including shifts and weekends.
• Experience working or handling logistics accounts is a plus
• Having prior experience in managing logistics and healthcare accounts is an advantage.
