Garrets International-Manila is looking for a Service Delivery Team Leader who will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Vessel Account Managers and Stock Analysts within their respective Service Delivery Teams to ensure that all internal and external KPIs are met. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Stock Analyst Manager to ensure issues are resolved as they arrive. Supporting their respective team on the development plan, appraisal, and follow-up on goals. Attending customer meetings when required.

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for meeting our high standard of Service, while delivering on Victualling Rates on their respective fleets
• Day-to-day management of VAM and SAT
• Facilitating Monthly Unified VR action plans on the fleet level
• Review of KPI actuals versus target and deriving performance improvement opportunities
• Analysis of Management Information to manage performance, identify trends, and tackle any deteriorating metrics
• Continuously develops, reviews, and implements Standard Operating Procedures to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness – applying Business Process Management guidelines and recommendations.
• Motivates the team to provide excellent service and achieve business results by coaching and managing their performance
• Delivering key initiatives as directed
• Providing support and constructive challenge to VAM and SAT to support their development
• Act as a champion of the customer experience
• Set an example to the team of the ‘Right First Time’ ethos
• Dealing with escalations from customers or other departments

• Review financials and monitor submissions in SAP/OneStream for the assigned entities in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS, and Group Reporting policies and in line with the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) / Group Timelines.

• Drive a customer-centric approach by building partnerships and open discussions to capture developing concerns, issues, and identify best practices. Conduct regular monthly business reviews with the local stakeholders.

• Manage and resolve escalations, risks, and opportunities raised/identified.

Responsibilities

• Support the European markets.
• Lead a team of O2C associates and specialists, provide guidance to junior/senior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of accounts payable associates and specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and accuracy in invoice and all related documentation processing and record keeping
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirement
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
• Propose and implement best practices to enhance departmental operation
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Serve as the point of contact for issues within the function
• Support internal and external audits

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant accounting and AP experience, with a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
• Proven experience in service delivery or a related field, with a track record of success in managing teams and meeting SLAs
• Direct experience within a multi-national environment with a complex regional/country environment.
• Process-oriented with an understanding of both financial and operational controls.
• Strong analytical skills and who can foresee upstream and downstream impacts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP Hana and other invoicing/ticketing systems will be an added advantage but not required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge language barriers - you must be able to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication with overseas stakeholders and vendors. 

Managing Team Performance: Improve team performance on Customer Experience metrics (Resolution and CSAT) through call listening, behavioral coaching, and setting effective action plans. Address Team level variation through targeted coaching for outliers and involvement in Continuous Improvement activities. Accomplish weekly deliverables, such as:

Coaching compliance inclusive of RCAs and Action Plans.

• Weekly Audit requirement and call scrubbings
• Team attendance infractions insights through the internal Sutherland attendance tool
• Provide ideas that can help the client improve their product, business, processes, and/or policies
• Present Team Performance to Clients on a needed basis
   
• Client advocate: Address team attendance and attrition through relationship building and removing barriers that affect People Metrics. Improve employee morale
