As a Digital Marketing Specialist,

A digital performance expert who can take raw data and insights and turn them a strong customer attraction campaigns. Someone who is customer-obsessed, and able to support the overall marketing strategy across all channels. You will be responsible for both paid and organic customer attraction.

Some of the things we expect you to do are to:

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media and paid search strategies that align with the overall marketing strategy.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to create effective paid search campaigns that drive relevant traffic and conversions.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, ad spend, and ROI
• Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement of marketing activity and paid media activity.
• Work with external and internal stakeholders to develop content and experiences that delight potential clients
• Show improvements in acquisition metrics (CAC, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
• Support the development, execution, and optimisation of search & social PPC & CPA strategies, including affiliate and partner programs.
• Present insights and outcomes in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Define a customer strategy to support business objectives and deliver it through market-leading customer experiences.
• Leverage data and customer behavioural insights to drive transformational performance across paid and direct.
• Make suggestions for digital campaigns using deep industry experience.
• Leverage multiple sources of data to identify customer lifestyle priorities and opportunities for growth from working with each program.
• Leverage various insights and research to build compelling customer propositions. Provide presentations to assist customer coaches in delivering greater customer outcomes.
• Monitor and report platform activity and sector news regarding customers to a specified internal audience to help drive customer understanding and engagement
• Analyse and Share learnings from Loyalty customer behaviour (membership engagement, customer retention, purchasing behaviours, member satisfaction, etc.) with cross-functional teams, senior leadership and EQ partners
• Work with internal stakeholders, including tech engineers, product managers, designers, and support, to define best practices and develop marketing strategies that drive conversion and community engagement.

We would need you to be or have the following:

• Minimum 4+ years experience in a similar growth or performance marketing role
• Experience across paid social media is a key element of this role
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, from strategy through to delivery
• Previous proven success driving customer strategy and implementing effective marketing communication across varied channels
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, how to target customers effectively and different regulations that impact CRM effort
• Proficient in Google Analytics
• Experience with all industry paid channels
• Proven experience running and analysing A/B tests
• Proficient use of Excel and management of large data sets
• Must have strong technical expertise and date industry and platform knowledge with marketing technology, search and direct data insights
• Must have full knowledge of digital service space, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, EDM, and social media marketing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Customer Development

• Monitor customer’s evolving needs, ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship
• Ensure satisfactory after sales service is provided to clients and provide regular communications between the client and team, to provide strong team representation to meet the customer’s expectations.
• Act on Customer complaints & inquiries with urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise
• Act on all enquiries from prospects and existing customers.
• Act on all leads from members of the staff, customers or members of the public;
• Call on potential and existing clients; make investment calls;
• Conduct a complete survey by ensuring all pertinent details are clearly stated;
• Ensure sales Key Performance Index (KPI) are met;
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are complied with, quality standards are met, and that sales are viable.
• Ensure that client issues are dealt with an efficient manner, informing the management of any problems that may arise.
• Monitor competitor activities and develop counter measures.
• Take charge of speed and quality of response to changing customer needs, market conditions and competitor activity is critical to our success.
• Understand the functions of other departments to facilitate information and knowledge flow.
• Manage customer’s account in ensuring good credit status and liaise with the credit controllers on effective cash collection to customers.

Sales/ Service Efficiency

• Achieve the agreed sales target.
• Respond to and save terminations, pulling any required resources together to achieve retention.
• Sell according to the prescribed pricing as per the price list and discount structure or as approved by the management.
• Ensure use of sales kits and sell professionally.

Credit Management

• Drive cash collection as one of important aspects within the CD team, ensuring the DSO targets are achieved consistently across the customer base.
• Actively involve with customers to ensure credit is kept within the targeted guidelines of the business.
• Assist with the collection of debts and credit issues.
• All monetary collection shall be returned to the company no later than two (2) days

Administration and Policy Directive

• Ensure all required documents are in order for New Business, Renewals and Jobs Sales prior to service or treatment.
• Develop, recommend and implement policies that would increase productivity thereby realizing and achieving sales targets, reduce customer complaints, and controls that would minimize if not eliminate risk & losses to the business.

• Responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies and plans to support business objectives and goals, including 2B and 2C metrics to drive demand
• Implement strategies to increase user leads and conversion rates through online and offline marketing
• Optimize conversion rates at each stage of the customer funnel, identifying and addressing potential drop-offs
• Collaborate with the product development team to identify opportunities for improving the application user interface and user journey
• Analyze marketing data on the coverage area’s customer funnel and commuting habits, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Work with creative team to coordinate and execute local and branding events
  Handle overall strategy and execution of regional campaigns, content management, partnerships, and digital marketing for assigned coverage area.
• Oversee on-ground campaign activations, working closely with the regional marketing teams and agencies to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact
• Monitor and manage the regional marketing budget to maximize ROI
• Responsible for gathering user feedback via FGDs and cascading this information to relevant internal teams in order to improve conversion and engagement

• Bachelor’s degree and above in relevant fields such as Marketing, business  administration/management
• Have a deep understanding of local market behaviour and pain-points, especially in the  transportation category in the Visayas Region (Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo, Bacolod)
• Relevant working experience of above 5 years in a Regional Marketing function • Excellent marketing sense, strong communication skills in the assigned coverage area
