A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

• Oversight of call centre performance with key focus on collection targets and reducing delinquency on a receivables portfolio of over $50m
• Coaching and mentoring Team Leaders reporting to the role, with an emphasis on facilitating their development and their ability to generate improvements in team quality, efficiency and effectiveness
• Modelling and actively promoting a culture of innovation, challenging the status quo to ensure the business continues to grow and evolve
• Effectively leading the team with a collaborative approach that promotes team synergy and improves staff engagement
• Overseeing operational systems and processes, while actively seeking opportunities for innovation to drive achievement of business objectives

• Raising and addressing issues and conflicts, removing barriers, resolving issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalating to appropriate level when required
• Managing day to day operations within the Collections department, including recruitment, training, development, engagement, retention, performance of the team, and any changes to the operating model as required

The Retail & Education Manager is responsible for driving retail and net sales, monitoring SOH, supporting marketing to maximize sales, and recruiting and developing staff.  In addition, he/she is responsible for all aspects of Product training, Brow training, and Selling methods in a fun and energized learning environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

Business Acumen

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to achieve daily/monthly/yearly sales goals and effectively cascade this to the field team.
• Analyze and assess retail productivity from channels to doors to BA/BEs, including monitoring of retail and service KPIs
• Effectively lead the team to ensure that all corporate initiatives are met and collaborate with the marketing team on in-store initiatives to achieve retail sales targets.
• Support marketing team in forecasting new products based on historical data and current trends from each retail channel
• Monitor and control SOH.  Ensure proper inventory management and that stock levels are accurate. 
• Control monthly/yearly/expense targets of the sales & education team, i.e., Salaries, commission, testers, supplies, and T&E.

Management 

• Redefine roles and expectations among the sales coaches/teams based on the new structure. Lead by example, coach, develop, and support the field team to work effectively. Develop and coach field staff effectively utilizing all tools available for on-counter coaching.
• Responsible for the mentoring and development of the field team and ensuring continuous improvement of overall BE/BA productivity in the Philippines
• With the use of MJSF, consistently review the performance of team members and help create action plans for development.
• Ensure all reports are submitted accurately and on time.

Retail Operations 

• Work alongside the marketing team to develop locally relevant in-store activities, tactical offers, and promos to support focus categories and key launches.
• Responsible for all processes of the online Booking system, i.e., translation, training, liaising with the Regional team, and communicating with all local stores.  Be the contact person for any issues and liaise with the Regional team to resolve them promptly.
• Facilitate quarterly stock count and inventory alignment.

Visual Merchandising 

• Ensure ALL Visual Merchandising guidelines, priorities, and timelines are followed, executed, and aligned with budgeted VM A&P.
• Ensure that Benefit merchandise is displayed per the visual merchandising guidelines and that proper product display/merchandising for every launch and animation is observed.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers/contractors.

Training & Education

• Plan the Training Calendar according to the launch calendar
• Responsible for all aspects of Brow Training, both classroom training and in-store coaching and monitor their skills and techniques to match Regional standard
  • Ensure all BEs are aligned in the execution and expectations of your Service Reboost Plans
• Implements all Benefit education training to our staff and Sephora cast members to achieve desired business results
• Ensures all Benefit Brow Bars meet the regional hygiene requirements and assists in sourcing the necessary Brow Bar tools and supplies.
• Monitor and strengthen BEs’ productivity.
• Continually inspires and acts as a Benefit brand ambassador, leading the Benefit cultural characteristics by example.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Procurement Strategy:

o Develop, implement, and optimize procurement strategies aligned with C&W’s goals and objections

o Employ best in class procurement processes, tools, and templates to include engaging with Category Managers and preferred suppliers in the execution of procurement responsibilities.

• Sourcing & Vendor Management:

 o Source new suppliers, evaluate capabilities, identify suitable solutions, and work with TDS and Corporate Category Managers to award contracts.

o Oversee the global onboarding of suppliers for newly established C&W accounts to meet the contractual requirements of timing and varying onboarding compliance requirements by country.

o Support transition reporting requirements to maintain clear and transparent visibility to the account team and client of progress.

o Partner with C&W Technology to address opportunities for global consistency of procurement tools

o Manage supplier relationships to ensure the procurement of high-quality products and services while negotiating favorable terms and agreements.

o Develop programs and initiatives to ensure achievement of all goals, metrics, KPI’s, and generate necessary reports.

• Cost Control: o Analyze procurement data, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or service.

o Design and manage the RFP tender process to support program goals and requirements, includes interpreting contracts and negotiating favorable terms with vendors to achieve savings.

• Process Improvement: o Continuously enhance processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Contract Management:

o Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other business documents including adherence to company policy, compliance, and legal requirements.

o Manages the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals.

• Team Leadership:

o Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve company objections. Perform other miscellaneous related duties as assigned.

o Engage remotely and across time zones while collaborating with diverse cultures. Work schedule Monday through Friday with overlap to North America business hours.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required. MBA or related Master’s Degree preferred.

• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager (or similar role) with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing, and vendor management.

• Experience in contract negotiation and management, including English language.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with robust global cultural awareness.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of procurement globally.

The position is responsible for handling all benefits pertaining to the Unit Owners of the Raffles Residences Makati. The OBM ensures proper liaising of Owner booking requests to the respective VIP Concierges of the different Raffles/Fairmont. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that all benefits are enjoyed by the Owners and residential operations exceed service standards in all unit owner and partner contact areas and will act as a strong liaison between Raffles and the Unit Owners. 

The Owner Benefits Manager also assists the Director of Residences and Owner Services Manager in overseeing residential operations at Raffles Residences. The role oversees operational areas such as the Condominium Corporation (CC) policy administration, residential common area soft services, engineering & maintenance, security & human resources.  

Primary Responsibilities  

ASSIST DIRECTOR OF RESIDENCES IN OVERSEEING RESIDENTIAL OPERATIONS AT THE RAFFLES RESIDENCES. THIS INCLUDES STRENGTHENING POSITIVE RELATIONS WITH THE UNIT OWNERS AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS, MINIMIZE COMPLAINTS AND ATTEND TO THEIR NEEDS ON A TIMELY MANNER 

• Act as a Supervisor to the Concierge and Bell teams 

• Clearly demonstrate to owners and colleagues a commitment to service excellence through the effective implementation of high management standards at all times. 

• Maintain a consistent focus on improving the overall flow of residential operations, seeking ways to maximize and improve the operation through productivity management 

• Ensure that SOPs have been thoroughly understood and actioned by the Owner Services Team 

• Strengthen positive relations with the unit owners/ residents by taking action to attend their needs, follows through on their requests, inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely manner (ensure technical and maintenance related issues are properly coordinated and addressed to owner's satisfaction) 

• Ensure complete visibility of Raffles Residence leaders and colleague relations with the owners under the rental program during their stay  

• Reinforce cocktail party for owners/ residents 

ENSURE TO INCREASE BRAND AWARENESS  

• Increase Reciprocal Use Program enrollments annually (applicable to owners under the Rental Program) 

• Ensure to touch base will all owners who enrolled in the Reciprocal Use Program and attend to their requests/needs on a timely manner 

• Ensure to get feedback from owners to gauge their interest in the program and to ensure repeat business as well as gain new businesses from other Unit Owners 

• Encourage all owners to book and stay at FRHI properties and other Accor hotels when travelling abroad to experience the exclusive privileges and benefits.

• Work closely and maintain good relationships with VIP Concierge to ensure preferential rates and other privileges are extended to the unit owners. 

PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE DIRECTOR OF RESIDENCES TO ENSURE CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION’S ANNUAL BUDGET IS MAINTAINED AND ACHIEVED THROUGH 100% COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENT FEES, UTILITIES AND OTHER INCIDENTAL CHARGES 

• Work closely with the Director of Raffles Residences and finance department to ensure that monthly financial reporting is on time and accurate. 

• Assist in ensuring timely collection of assessments and all other charges and strict execution of penalties and interest due to late payment 

• Ensure operational expenses are aligned with the Condo Corp budget through power/ energy savings programs and productivity management such as proper monitoring of supplies requisition and proper forecasting of schedule depending on needs and occupancy  

• Encourage the team to take individual ownership of all the areas in order to avoid frequent repairs or maintenance and excessive power consumption 

• Consistently promotes hotel facilities and services so Unit Owners will avail of them 

STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES 

• Assist the Director of Residences/Owner Services Manager in facilitating daily briefings and monthly departmental meetings. 

• Assist in ensuring EES target score is achieved by the Department 

• Maintain an open door policy, frequently communicate, provides clear performance expectations and regular feedback 

• In consultation with the Director of Residences/Owner Services Manager, oversee the performance of the owner services team, common area housekeeping service and engineering department. This includes preparing and conducting the annual review for Raffles colleagues.
