PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical guidance to all Certification Centres in the contribution to the achievement of Quality Goals and Performance Standards

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Updates himself / herself with the recent developments in the area of international rules, regulations, policies and practices pertaining to Conformity Assessment.
• Develops new policies, rules, instructions for existing and new PCA contracts
• Issues technical guidelines and policies to ensure continuous and consistent adherence to TFS Business Rules, Country Instructions and other technical requirements for inspection body (ISO/IEC 17020) and product certification body (ISO/IEC 17065).
• Provides direction and coaching to the Certification Centre (CC) Leaders in the areas of

• Advises Certification Centres contract teams on complex and highly technical cases.
• Facilitates CC Management Team meeting, as required, in addressing clarifications, issues, concerns and provide updates on policy aspects.
• Recommends the appropriate resource requirements of CCs and ensure appropriate candidates are selected.
• Reports to Management any breach of integrity, solicitation for, or offer of, an improper payment or advantage coming to his/her knowledge.
• Perform other tasks to achieve operations efficiency, as maybe required by Management.
• Assist in the maintenance of the Quality Management System
• Act as Technical Manager for the Certification Centres as per ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17065 requirements.

Uou will follow-up of the KYC files with the relevant parties when needed such as Auditor, AIFM, Depositary, Compliance, Management. You will do AML screening, filing and scanning of the KYC documentation as well as receive, investigate and answer emails/ queries from internal and external parties in a timely manner.

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

• Support the Luxembourg-based Compliance team of the AIFM (IQ EQ Fund management (Luxembourg) S.A.) in preparing “Know Your Relationship” (KYR) files for both onboarding of new relationships but also for the periodic review (or refresh) of the KYR documentation.

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)[1]

KYR officer will:

• Review and analyze the necessary KYR documents received to onboard new relationships clients and to perform the periodic refresh of the KYR files (based on a risk-based approach);
• Generate and manage reports on KYR files, including creating checklists to track document statuses for each relationship;
• Support implementation and maintenance of document collection procedures, including monitoring shared folders for updates;
• Conduct checks using screening tools like WorldCheck for name screening against financial sanctions lists, PEPs, and regulatory enforcement entities;
• Perform Adverse Media controls;
• Escalate significant AML/CFT deficiencies and issues identified to the Compliance team;
• Provide support to the Compliance department for any ad-hoc requests from various stakeholders (e.g. preparation of KYR files for control purposes, screening on prospects, etc);
• Have a high level of autonomy and support other Manilla team members with their questions

The Labor Relations (External Services Officer) is responsible for the effective management and implementation of subcontracting to ensure the compliance of subcontractors in accordance with the Government Regulatory and Company’s business requirement.

1. Guide the department in planning the work to be subcontracted that is aligned with the goals of the projects as well as identification of qualified subcontractors. 
2. Recommend improvements, implements and monitors subcontracting process and procedures.
