They are currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and passionate software developers looking to be part of something groundbreaking. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, ship and maintain RareCircles' front-end application
• Develop, ship and maintain high quality interfaces for our marketing pages
• Work with our designers to transform ideas and design into modern, clean and readable code
• Implement robust engineering solutions with thoughtful architectural designs across the front-end codebase
• Shepherd products from design and specification to live deployments
• Become a key stakeholder and advance multiple front-end products simultaneously
• Be an autonomous individual with a proactive attitude and receptiveness to feedback

• 4+ years of experience building scalable front-end applications, component libraries, design systems and tools using TypeScript and NodeJS
• Strong front-end development experience building, running and debugging web applications using functional programming in NextJS, NodeJS, and GraphQL
• Strong experience in debugging and optimizing NextJS performance issues whether in application code or in the JavaScript and TypeScript bundler
• Strong experience in building reliable, performant, maintainable, and testable code—with proper abstraction
• High attention to detail in translating high/low fidelity designs to implementation, user experience and accessibility, and understanding scope
• Experience with back-end APIs and integration work is considered a strong plus. Desire to learn more about this topic and work in this area is considered a must
• A collaborative spirit, and the ability to work effectively with a team
• Proficient in english with good writing and communication skills
• An ability to think through customer requirements to come up with high-impact ways of quickly solving their problems
• A passion about performance, user experience and design
• A high bar for the quality of code and quality of user experience
• Familiarity with current trends and best practices in front-end architecture
• Experience building CRM and marketing products like SMS, website, email and loyalty programs is a plus
• Experience within the Shopify, Lightspeed and Square apps ecosystem is a plus

About the Role
As a Web Developer, your role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from fixing bugs to developing websites from scratch, contributing to our agency's dynamic and innovative work.

Responsibilities

• Fixing bugs and addressing technical issues within existing websites.
• Developing websites from scratch, ensuring high-quality and effective design.
• Collaborating with the team to implement innovative web solutions.
• Participating in project planning and providing technical insights

• 5-7 years of web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress and Shopify development.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Proven experience in developing websites from concept to completion.
• Familiarity with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Design, implement, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions in the T&O-MOT-LCS domain with the following key responsibilities:

Work closely and communicate effectively and independently with project managers, business analysts, development leads, test engineers, test managers, infrastructure engineers, data scientists, and business users.

Participate in the analysis and requirements gathering phase and help to translate requirements into technical solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

Debug issues, fix bugs, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot the application and provide third level support.

Build, package and release software artifacts in an automated way to all environments including production.

Be responsible for the performance, stability, reliability, and security of the developed platform.

Proactively identify efficiency and design improvements to existing systems and processes.

Technical Experience

Min 5+ years of technology delivery experience in core development.

Hands on experience in at least one server-side object-oriented programming language.

Hands on experience writing modern single page web applications.

Experience using source code control systems and branching strategies including with hands on experience branching, merging, and releasing.

Experience with a major relational database system and ideally one NoSQL database.

Knowledge of data structures, design patterns, architectural styles, and API designs.

Need to have (Hands-on):

Hands-on experience with JAVA (Spring, Spring boot, Vert.x, RxJava , ReactJS, AngularJS) and cloud foundry technology.

Hands-on experience with user interface (Java and Angular) –

Hands-on experience with Java + Spark.

Hands-on experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL, NoSQL, MariaDB or SQL Server.

Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI).

Experience in CI-CD tools like Bitbucket Jenkins, Nexus, JIRA, confluence.
