Work Schedule: mid-shift

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and interview process
• Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements
• Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated
• Update candidate statues in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System (ATS), proprietary systems, etc.) 
• Timely review of applicants who have applied via the ATS
• Schedule complex phone, video and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers 
• Execute the offer process, including creating & routing offer letter and presenting offer to candidate 
• Coordinate candidate background, medical and reference checking processes
• Arrange travel, transportation and accommodation for candidates
• Coordinate aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Edit and post positions to the ATS accurately and within the specified timeframes
• Administratively manage posting of roles to candidate generation channels
• Ensure recruitment team are appropriately updated on progress, escalate concerns or obstacles
• Provide metric and pipeline reporting
• Provide other administrative support to recruitment team as needed

This role supports various finance ERP and reporting applications including configuration, maintenance, administration, and process documentation.  This position will report to the Finance Business Systems Administration Manager. 

• Administering, configuring, and providing end user support for finance system ERP applications and reporting tools
• Be a power user / highly proficient user of our financial systems, always communicating various features to stakeholders and sharing best practices to support user training.
• Help to streamline finance processes you support. Understanding the impacts of changes recommended and how to translate them into business requirements
• Develop and maintain system process documentation, job aids and flows
• Participate in scheduled system upgrades including regression / patch testing
• Be a change advocate, leading finance community towards modernization of technologies and processes.

Salary: P140,000 to P170,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday  (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM EST)

• Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a QA Analyst.
• Strong background in the financial sector, specifically within the banking space.

• Technical Skills:
• Proven experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Hands-on experience with financial datasets, particularly FactSet.

• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases for financial systems.

• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages.

• Familiarity with data validation and reconciliation techniques.

• Analytical Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to think critically and creatively to identify and solve issues related to financial data.

• Experience with SQL and data validation techniques.

• Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Test Planning and Execution:
• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for financial systems and datasets.

• Perform thorough testing on financial datasets and banking applications to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Identify, record, document, and track bugs and discrepancies in financial data.

• Financial Data Expertise:
• Utilize expertise in financial datasets, particularly FactSet, to validate data integrity and accuracy.

• Collaborate with financial analysts and data scientists to understand and verify complex financial models and data transformations.

• Ensure financial data quality by performing data validation and reconciliation tasks.

• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure the quality and reliability of new and existing features through systematic testing.

• Validate data pipelines and transformations to maintain the integrity of financial datasets.

• Review and analyze system specifications to identify test requirements specific to financial systems.

• Continuous Improvement:
• Advocate for QA best practices within the engineering team.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in financial QA methodologies and tools.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance the QA process for financial systems.

• Reporting and Communication:
• Prepare detailed reports on testing outcomes, defects, and quality metrics.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding testing progress, issues and results.

• Serve as a liaison between financial analysts, data engineers, and the engineering team to ensure seamless integration and quality of financial data

• Quality Assurance:

• Deployment Support:
• Support deployments, which occur during non-working hours, to ensure smooth transitions.
