What will you do?

• App Management - Oversee all Shopify apps, including subscription apps like Appstle, reporting apps, profit/loss apps like BeProfit, shipping label apps, customer service apps, and email marketing apps.
• Process Building - Build and enhance processes to ensure efficient operations and seamless     integration across all departments.

• Perfect English, equivalent to USA native speaker.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role involving tech-related tasks and process building.
• Proficiency in creating landing pages with at least 2+ years of experience using any page builder. Experience with Funnelish and PageFly is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards overcoming technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively work with software providers and internal teams.
• Expertise in Google Sheets, including the ability to create and maintain complex formulas, pivot tables, and automated reports.
• Ability to act as the glue for all teams and tech, taking ownership of all technical responsibilities.
• Experience managing Shopify apps and understanding their integration and functionality.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 4+ years of experience on a similar role
• Expertise in investment principles, asset allocation and portfolio management.

What will you do?

Client Reporting & Presentations:

• Draft and update client investment presentations, encompassing performance reports and market analysis.
• Maintain and update forecasting models for private investment portfolio.

Investment Database & Performance Monitoring:

• Manage the Private Investment Database, ensuring accurate cash flow reconciliation and asset value tracking.

Portfolio Analysis, Management & Modeling:

• Perform diagnostic analysis and create rebalancing plans on client portfolios and execute Monte Carlo simulations for risk assessment.

Investment Compliance & Operations:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC.
• Coordinate with custodians for accurate cost basis reconciliation.
• Manage private investment subscriptions and account openings.
