We are seeking a TALENT DELIVERY ADMINISTRATOR to polish CVs, craft candidate briefings, schedule interviews, and ensure data integrity.Â
This is a full-time role, from 6:30 am - 3:30 pm, Mon-Fri, Dayshift.Â
This is a work-from-home position.Â
The expected start date is February 2024.Â
ABOUT THE ROLEÂ
The role of a Talent Delivery Administrator is to support the company’s Recruitment Team and Delivery Team in the presentation of exceptional technology candidates to the company’s clients. The career path of a Talent Delivery Administrator can progress into either Lead Talent Administration or to Talent Delivery Specialist role or other specialized admin positions such as Finance and Marketing. Â

RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- CV Preparation
- Format candidate CVs using Qwilr and PDF to company’s standard timelines and quality. Â
- Prioritise CV preparation using P1, P2, P3 framework. Â
- Overseeing and responsible for quality of CV prep of other Recruitment Administrators. Â
- Marketing Â
- Build new Candidate Briefing documents using the company’s research and brief from consultant. Â
- Use Canva to update branding and client materials, build presentations, banners etc. Â
- Monthly clean-up and organisation of Qwilr folders. Â
- Quarterly updates to consultant bios on Qwilr (including gathering testimonials). Â
- Creation of new Consultant bios on Qwilr. Â
- Recruitment Administration Â
- Schedule candidate interviews with the Recruiting Team ensuring a smooth recruitment process as needed. Â
- Ensure accurate documentation and information in Vincere. Â
- Any other administration tasks in line with the Talent Delivery Administrator role. Â
- Company Â
- Promote the company’s mission and guiding principles. Â
- Adherence to client’s Policies and Procedures. Â
- Participate in the review of operational processes and provide ideas. Â
- Systems Â
- Ad hoc Vincere (database) projects relating to data integrity. Â
- Daily formatting check of live ads on company job board and Seek.  Â
- Monthly data gathering activities for system usage and operations reviews. Â
- Communication
- Proactively communicate with everyone in the companyÂ
- Attend and contribute to all team meetings as required.Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource or similar.Â
- Minimum 2+ years administration experience Â
- Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new systems with ease. Â
- Understanding Qwilr and Canva is ideal or a keen willingness to learn.  Â
- High sense of urgency and speed of delivery, without compromising on quality Â
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, in a fast-paced, complex process-driven industry environment.Â
- Strong sense of accountability and reliability to produce quality output in line with legislation and internal processes.Â
- Excellent verbal and written English and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Â
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.Â
