• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of BPO professionals to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service
• Conduct regular team meetings, and performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience (5 years) in a Leadership role and BPO environment with a focus on operations management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in BPO operations
• Open to working during varying schedules, including shifts and weekends.
• Experience working or handling logistics accounts is a plus
• Having prior experience in managing logistics and healthcare accounts is an advantage.
