The People and Culture Advisor plays a vital role in fostering an environment where our people thrive, and our organization excels. Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, this role will be involved in responding to day-to-day P&C queries, supporting processes, administration and systems to provide an amazing employee experience. You will support onboarding, learning and diversity, recruitment and contribute to a positive workplace culture that supports the overall success of our organization.

As P&C Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the technology consulting environment
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and appropriate resolutions.
• Being a culture champion and striving to foster a positive and collaborative team culture
• Support HR initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Assist in organizing team-building events and initiatives
• Coordinate and track professional development initiatives, including technical training programs and certifications.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing departmental documentation.
• Utilize HRIS tools to maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Generate reports and analytics to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
• Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's HR practices remain compliant.
• Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
• Own company Merchandise ordering
• Own organisation of company awards (ordering and delivery) and company wide events

Position : Accounting Operations Analyst 2

Working Hours : 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time (PST)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting and financial files, including financial workbooks, property spreadsheets, and trackers
• Work with Property Managers, Asset Managers and other accountants to enter information into financial workbooks
• Assist with monthly reporting process
• Check emails daily (manage personal inbox, accounting inbox)
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Analyze financial data and provide support for accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including A/R analysis, collections, and vendor inquiries.
• Update ACH information and assist with tenant billings as needed.
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and budget-to-actual explanations, creating invoices and
  posting charges to tenant ledgers
• Provide support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and reporting, including
  generating, modifying, preparing, and formatting monthly financial reports for the company properties
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation in electronic filing systems, including
  maintaining the Accounting Dropbox folder hierarchy and integrity.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and address inquiries in a
  timely manner.
• Work on ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed, including projects where there may be
  ambiguity or which do not have clearly established processes to reference
• Maintain and update accounting and financial information in the prescribed standards and
  systems
• Flexibility to support several different teammates within the Property Accounting department
  and to prioritize and balance different responsibilities
• Effectively and clearly track and communicate the status of workflow tasks to supervisors
• Prepare journal entries (tenant charges, receipts, payables, accounting-related journal entries or
  reclasses) within our accounting system, including providing adequate supporting
  documentation.
• Set up financial and accounting information

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• CPA is preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, financial operations, accounting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of debits and credits and bookkeeping entries
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Accounting system experience preferred
• Proficient in other Microsoft Office programs: Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who is organized, proactive, and works well with others
• Comfortable working in a high-growth organization with a sense of urgency
