An example workflow is reading the customers support email in Front, checking your own app to determine if you see the issue from user’s end, deciphering what might actually be the root cause of the customers issue and then responding with a pre-written template or asking clarifying questions. Some tasks will require accessing our backend software to reset a user’s account, export their data to send to them, or triage.

This person will get onboarding from the direct team and the current support agent, who will be available for questions. While we do not expect 24/7 coverage and immediate replies to customers, the two support agents will need to coordinate such that one person is working each day, which means you should expect to work 1 day per weekend and to get 1 day per week off. eg. work on Sunday, but have Tuesday totally off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help answer daily inquires and troubleshooting from users

The Role

Become part of our dynamic, highly-dedicated and multi-lingual team of Customer Service Agents! We provide telephone and online services support in German, Spanish, Polish, Dutch, French, and English to our business customers, from Monday to Friday.

Currently, we're looking for a talented individual to join our German support team. Business Proficiency in English is also essential as it's our primary business language.

We are open to hire candidates in Lisbon (Portugal), and Manila (Philippines).

What you will do:

• Acting as first line support to our corporate customers – aiming to solve their technical queries by phone and email
• Tracking, collating and responding to customer issues within agreed timescales
• Escalating and liaising with our Technical Support (TS) in Portugal for more complicated cases
• Working closely with Service Account Managers to help develop, grow and retain customer accounts

What you will bring:

• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ticketing systems and customer service procedures.
• Knowledge of supporting GSM
• A professional telephone manner and call management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal skills in your first language- German is required
• Excellent written and verbal English skills – able to take technical information and translate into easily understandable language for customers.
• Exceptional customer relationship management skills – including handling complaints effectively
• Good teamwork, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and the ability to understand and follow technical processes accurately
• You may have gained this experience by working, for example, in Helpdesk, Customer Service or Call Centre roles; Mobile Handset support roles; the Telecoms sector: both GSM and VoIP.

You will be responsible for assisting in ensuring the day-to-day processing of redemptions, monitoring of purchase levels and investigation into purchase and payout issues are completed. Providing resolution to payment queries via Zendesk and Live chats whilst providing guidance and support to the team as required. You will work to identify patterns which highlight potential fraudulent members, limit, and escalate accounts which could potentially pose chargeback risks and help develop processes and procedures to mitigate fraud.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Handle escalations pertaining to purchases and redemptions.
• Liaise with the risk team to complete refunds on their behalf and collaborate on any other tasks.
• Review redemptions request daily and auction appropriately.
• Performing investigations and taking immediate corrective action to mitigate losses to the business.
• Work closely with internal teams, assisting with any possible issues, like missing redemptions or unable to purchase.
• Follow procedures and actively contribute to process improvements to ensure the standards and workflows are respected and that potential risks are properly eliminated.
• Proactively conduct analysis of transactional and customer records to link unidentified transactions and accounts to known fraudulent activity, by investigating suspicious alerts with proper analysis and follow-up.
• Analysis of internal reports

What we are looking for:

• Ability to manage workload effectively and in a timely manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• At least 1 year working in Customer Service in iGaming, KYC, Fraud, Risk Management or Payments.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Highly motivated and willing to learn and develop skills.

• Ability to work closely with other departments across geographical boundaries.
