The Business Development Consultant will play a significant role in influencing and increasing the sales pipeline for AGS’s Workforce Solutions. This position works closely with APACx Business Development Teams to create a targeted strategy for outreach to prospective clients for introductory meetings.

The main focus of this role is to engage with executives and decision-makers through multiple networking channels, build strategic messaging that aligns with prospective clients, and qualify leads for new business opportunities.

This role is measured by booking prospective meetings, outbound activity, and generating opportunities associated with a new client.

Responsibilities:

• Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social media channels
• Identify innovative ways to connect with and qualify prospects within regional target accounts
• Schedule initial discovery meetings to identify the customer’s needs
• Determine the prospect's use and interest in MSP, RPO, Direct Sourcing, and Procurement Solutions.
• Partner with the Lead Management Team to identify key contacts to move beyond the gatekeeper within the organization.
• Align with strategic partners to uncover new targets including Operating Companies, Vendor Management Systems, and Staffing Suppliers.
• Establish robust professional networks through LinkedIn and other channels
• Proactively research and document critical industry and client information
• Attend Conferences as needed to drive relationship-building and engagement with potential clients
• Develop and maintain detailed activity reporting through Salesforce documentation of all sales-related activity.
• Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn to share company posts/activities/white papers/ podcasts

Scope of Role

Join our global Managed Services team to ensure ITRS products remain operational, up-to-date, and optimized for our clients in the financial services sector. As a Managed Services Consultant, you’ll be reporting to the Head of APAC Managed Services and help our clients achieve higher monitoring while working with team members from New York, London, Singapore, and Manila.

As a Managed Services Consultant, you will:

• Resolve client Incidents by investigating and resolving issues with ITRS products in our client environment.
• Respond to client configuration requests by gathering requirements, and helping the client configure ITRS products within Service level agreement.
• Resolve client queries, analyze and investigate complex requests, and perform root cause analysis investigations.
• Implement client change requests to deliver setup changes to meet client requirements.
• Manage projects to enhance the client’s environment to help them get the best out of their ITRS products. You will also work on continuous improvement projects for enhancing Managed Services.
• Document and share information by creating/updating the knowledge base to provide accurate troubleshooting for the Managed Services team.
• Create a training environment for ITRS MS consultants.
• Deliver ITRS Product training to external and internal stakeholders.
• Provide ideas and suggestions to improve on the service and delivery of Managed Services for our clients and the effectiveness of services, software and solutions delivered by ITRS as a whole.

• Financial Institution Background: Minimum 6 years of experience in a client-facing role within a financial institution or vendor.
• Linux Expertise: Experience with modern operating systems (Linux, Solaris, Windows server, 7, or 10, IBM iSeries).
• Scripting Proficiency: Detailed knowledge of at least one scripting language, such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience in IT Monitoring Tools: Proficiency in setup, configuration, and maintenance of monitoring software.
• Experience managing client expectations and resolving issues.
• Experience delivering continuous improvement projects.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to clients.
• Familiarity with business analysis processes and project management methodologies.
• Experience with databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL) and IT Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Knowledge of deployment tools like Chef, Ansible, or Jenkins.
• Working knowledge of financial applications such as Market Data or FIX protocols.

The Consultant Engagement Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional experience through best-in-class service! You will manage the Consultant/Contractor experience throughout the assignment life-cycle and proactively manage communication-related to essential job functions. Additionally, you will ensure our consultants receive superior support for all job-related questions, concerns, or issues.

The Consultant Engagement Representative will work with all appropriate Allegis Operating Company (OpCo) support teams to address Consultant/Contractor questions and requests. 

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Introduce the Communities and Mobile App WIIFM to consultant – activate profile while on call
• Introduce Consultant/Contractor Care Survey NPS Program
  • Use a script for Onboarding, Check-in, and Offboarding Surveys
• Discuss open End Date Review, Job Inquiry, Refer a Friend Cases from Communities Site & Mobile App
• Partner with the Talent Experience Team to drive service in supporting accounts.
• Weekly call with the Talent Experience Team in the US to stay on top of cases, consultant issues, etc.
