• Establish business relations with clients over email, social networks, and phone.

• Identify appropriate individuals within the targeted organizations.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify new potential prospects.

• Help the Business Development Manager build and cultivate professional relationships by initiating communications and keeping in touch with potential clients.

• Manage data for existing and new clients in the database.

• Responsible for the Business Development Manager’s communication with clients, during her absence. 
• Meet with potential customers to understand their businesses and needs in order to create proposals that meet their objectives.
• Research competitor products and services to identify opportunities for products or services that are different from existing offerings in the market.
• Coordinating sales calls, meetings, presentations, and other activities with other members of the team.
• Conducting market research on products or services to identify opportunities for growth in specific markets.
• Drafting correspondence such as letters, emails, and proposals to clients.
• Reviewing contracts with clients to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Directly contacting potential clients to introduce the business and arrange meetings with executives.
• Developing new leads through networking and relationship-building with prospective clients.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken 
• Computer literacy (standard Office applications) 
• Knowledge of additional language would be highly advantageous 
• Knowledge of customer service principles and business correspondence experience (preferred) 
• Well-organized, attentive to details , and customer oriented. 

• 13th-month pay
  HMO upon regularization

Salary: P80,000 to P100,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 years of demonstrated success in asset management, financial services, or related sales roles, with a strong focus on quantitative trading and systematic trend following strategies.
• Expertise in utilizing HubSpot and other lead tools that can apply to this role.
• Profound understanding of quantitative trading methodologies, systematic trend following, and diversified futures portfolios.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies to potential clients.

Nice to Have:

• MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, driven by a commitment to achieving results in the quantitative trading space.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including institutional investors, family offices, and financial advisors, who are interested in systematic trend following strategies over diversified futures portfolios.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the quantitative trading and futures markets, providing valuable insights and recommendations to our team.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics tailored to our systematic trend following offerings to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their specific investment needs and delivering tailored solutions based on our strategies.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our quantitative trading strategies, systematic trend following methodologies, and their application in diversified futures portfolios. Effectively communicate the benefits of these strategies to clients.
• Networking: Attend industry-specific events, conferences, and seminars to expand your professional network and represent the company as a leader in quantitative trading.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress toward goals to the management team.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards, particularly in the context of quantitative trading and futures trading.
