Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound emails and calls to engage dentists and generate interest in our products.
• Provide additional collateral and information to prospects to facilitate decision-making.
• Proactively follow up with leads after sending collateral to secure sales call appointments.
• Schedule and coordinate handoffs to the client’s Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, and follow-ups using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, email engagement, and appointment setting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

• Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in a sales or business development capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
• Familiarity with lead management tools such as Excel or CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Aggressive and self-driven attitude with a focus on achieving results.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in outbound sales for medical devices or dental-related products.

Who you are   

We are on the lookout for a talented UX Engineer to lead the charge in designing and developing our Mango Design System (Mango DS). In this exciting role, you'll play a crucial part in connecting the worlds of design and development, crafting reusable UI components that ensure a seamless and consistent experience across our platform. This position is a harmonious blend of UX design expertise and front-end development expertise, as you'll work hand-in-hand with both designers and engineers to nurture and enhance the design system.

What you will do   

• Take charge of creating, developing, and managing the Mango Design System to guarantee a seamless user experience across our entire product lineup.

• Craft and implement versatile UI components leveraging cutting-edge front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, along with frameworks such as React, Angular, and Web Components.
• Transform designs into fully operational components that adhere to our design system.
• Ensure all components are fine-tuned for accessibility, performance, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to align the design system with business requirements and ensure scalability as our products evolve.
• Keep up-to-date and document design patterns, style guides, and component libraries for the benefit of the broader product and development teams.

What you’ll need 

• Proven experience as a UX Engineer or Front-End Developer with a strong emphasis on design systems
• Exceptional skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, along with expertise in front-end frameworks like React, Angular, and Web Components
• A robust understanding of UX design principles and hands-on experience working in tandem with designers and engineers
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or similar platforms
• Excellent communication skills to foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

Some ‘nice to haves’  

• A degree in computer science, UX design, or a related field is an advantage.

• Experience in SaaS or digital product design is highly desirable.
