The Quarterly Business Review (QBR) functions as a forum for assessing the progress of domain-specific backlog planning, keeping all involved parties informed about the status of upcoming quarters deliveries.

Divisions convene every three months to examine the results of the previous quarter and coordinate plans for the upcoming one.  This enables the organization to jointly plan and provide its clients with top-notch products and services at speed and with a degree of predictability.

As a Business Manager, you ensure for an effective and efficient service for preparing and maintaining QBRs of the whole Organization. 

Your mission:

• Perform daily operations tasks to support various organizational units
• Moderate and Support domains in their planning sessions
• Support Domains in their Resource Capacity Planning
• Support quarterly demo sessions
• Conduct routine cleanup of QBR Initiatives in JIRA
• Conduct functionality testing of QBR Dashboards and provide enhancement specifications if needed
• Establish and maintain various communication channels e.g. SharePoint, Outlook etc.

• Will be the main point person for any client concerns in the project
• Manage the delivery / time line of the fixes.
• Maintains / Builds good relationship with client
• Pro-actively provides status report to client and to SXI management
• Acts as a go-to expert for escalated clients calls and keep abreast with product and process updates and / or changes that affect customer service
• Is accountable for the team’s day-to-day activities and the achievement of established service promises at the individual and at the team level
• Will establish & document the operational process for the Customer Support.

EXPERIENCE

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

• Has project management experience minimum of 3 years

• Has application production support experience minimum of 3 years

• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills

• Preferably trained in ITIL Service Management

• Has experience working on production support ticket tools such as Jira Service Management, Service Now, etc.

• Excellent English communication skill both in speaking and writing

• Should have experience or familiarity with deposit, loans and tellering

• Has the ability to multi-task and perform duties with high accuracy and strong degree of urgency

• Proven ability to work in fast paced dynamic environments where decisions are made without compromising on client’s experience and financial losses

Job Descriotion:

• Responsible for the Oracle (application/database/cloud) solution business in the company based on Questronix products 

• Responsible for the Oracle (application/database/cloud) solution quota targets within the company 

• To develop opportunities for Oracle (application/database/cloud) solutions based on Questronix range of products  

• To be the main contact person with partners on Oracle (application/database/cloud) solutions.  

• Responsible for the technical solution design to address client requirements. Solution Manager in this job role will have expertise in one or more Oracle solution areas. Examples include: Applications & Middleware, Database, Analytics, Cloud and Systems Integration 

• To develop a technical and financial proposal based on the technical solution, bill of materials, pricing etc in coordination with partners and the company account manager 

• To develop a technical presentation and present to the client the proposed solution 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of IT or Computer/Engineering related course 

• Must have at least 3-years of experience on Oracle (application/database/cloud) solution or any equivalent solutions (i.e IBM, Microsoft) as Solutions Manager, Product Manager, Brand Manager, Applications Consultant or Technical Sales Engineer.  

• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization 

• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to client needs 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
