• Once the AI Voice product has been integrated with the client, the onboarding specialist will monitor all quality assurance to ensure required AI Voice updates are being completed
• The onboarding specialist will act as an ongoing liaison with the client after successful onboarding completed

• 3-5 years of experience working with CRMs
• Proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, etc). 
• Former onboarding experience would be a plus. 
• Conversational in English (as this role will be occasionally engaging with clients directly)
• Having home service experience and experience with CRM's (e.g. ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro, etc) would be an added benefit.

The Preboarding Specialist is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. The Preboarding Specialist is a member of Cielo’s internal Bridge Team. Driven by quality, the Bridge Team is an expert at background verification, referencing, drug checking, and on-boarding.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter and track candidate orders.
• Review submittals against job requisition and candidate application for compliance.
• Objectively review background and drug reports to ensure compliance for partner.
• Complete welcome calls and email to all candidates.
• Review vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalate accordingly.
• Provide excellent service to candidate, client teams and/or clients by responding quickly to all inquiries.
• Assist vendor with completion of required check when necessary.
• Monitor candidate onboarding tasks to ensure completion before or by due date.
• May assist with building new client audit detail procedures for the review of candidate orders including auditing candidate orders and ensuring requirements of a position and client standards are established in appropriate technology tools.
• Other duties as assigned.

Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Updating patient records in the system.           
• Rebilling medications accordingly.           
• Adding new patients or records in the system for every new facility that will start.           
• Calling facilities and insurance to get claims override           
• Researching for patient's insurance or eligibility           
• Emailing facilities to communicate medications for Prior Authorization 

• At least 6 months BPO experience in a Healthcare Account
• Proficient in using MS Tools (Excel/Word/Outlook)
• Excellent verbal & written English skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work onsite in MAKATI.
• Amenable working night shift.
