The IT Project Manager facilitates seamless information exchange and bridges the gap between local and global operations covering both local operations in ANZ and global interactions with the Group. This role ensures the effective management of ANZ IT and digital projects, budgets, financial forecasting, and the application of Agile and Waterfall methodologies to align project execution with business goals. Additional responsibilities include IT assets management, continuous service improvement and monthly reporting.

Role purpose:

1. Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Implementing and managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, tailoring the approach to best fit the project's needs.
2. Project Management: Coordinating all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, Risk & issues management, dependencies, ensuring all project phases are executed efficiently and effectively and initiation to closure
3. Planning & Forecasting: Developing comprehensive project plans, and forecasts, aligning them with organisational goals and ensuring their successful execution.
4. Financial Forecasting: Predicting future financial trends, preparing financial forecasts, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.
5. Budget Management: Overseeing project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively, and managing expenditures to stay within budgetary constraints.
6. Asset Management: Managing IT assets, including hardware and software, ensuring they are utilized effectively, maintained properly, and tracked accurately.

Job Description:

• Leads the overall delivery management of each project under within the managed portfolio ensuring such are delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-scope.
• Defines and finalize project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business unit and key stakeholders
• Creates and manages the detailed timeline for project execution and ensures that resources are always aligned with such.
• Optimizes utilization of available resources to deliver project activities within the required timeframes and agreed quality and scope
• Coaches, mentors, motivates and supervises project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Updates the project team of the status of the project based on agreed upon frequency.
• Clears blockers for the SMEs to perform and deliver
• Facilitates learning through post mortem and sprint retrospective
• Provides direct supervision and mentoring to project team members
• Reviews technical design provided by the Solutions Architect such as database, application architecture and system interface design together with the technical delivery team.
• Identifies, monitors and manages project risks, issues, dependencies and action plans until project implementation and closure.
• Monitors and manages project expenses to ensure it is within cost baseline.
• Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path
• Establishes and ensures appropriate governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies, practices and on behalf of the executive sponsor or senior responsible owner.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Ensures that implemented solution is based on the Solutions Architect’s design and is aligned with the Enterprise Architecture

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain and “sell” the project goals and objectives to the business, as well as technical leadership.
• Strong business acumen, especially in banking business. Familiarity with industry trends and innovation related to banking.

• Excellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills.
• Ability to develop programs and deliver them with financial and resource constraints.
• Knowledge of project planning tools.

Job Descriotion:

• Responsible for the Oracle (application/database/cloud) solution business in the company based on Questronix products 

• Responsible for the Oracle (application/database/cloud) solution quota targets within the company 

• To develop opportunities for Oracle (application/database/cloud) solutions based on Questronix range of products  

• To be the main contact person with partners on Oracle (application/database/cloud) solutions.  

• Responsible for the technical solution design to address client requirements. Solution Manager in this job role will have expertise in one or more Oracle solution areas. Examples include: Applications & Middleware, Database, Analytics, Cloud and Systems Integration 

• To develop a technical and financial proposal based on the technical solution, bill of materials, pricing etc in coordination with partners and the company account manager 

• To develop a technical presentation and present to the client the proposed solution 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of IT or Computer/Engineering related course 

• Must have at least 3-years of experience on Oracle (application/database/cloud) solution or any equivalent solutions (i.e IBM, Microsoft) as Solutions Manager, Product Manager, Brand Manager, Applications Consultant or Technical Sales Engineer.  

• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization 

• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to client needs 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
