- Optimise sales and long-term profitability, decide on gross margin and profit budgets, as well as drive our ambition of being first choice for home furnishings, including ecommerce.
- Work with the other functions within the Country Commercial Team to develop long-term strategies, engage partners, execute tactical plans, establish clear goals, and translate ideas into realities that are in line with our business plan and commercial priorities.
- Know our global priorities, our range, life at home, and competition to meet the needs of our customers at home.
- Analyse the qualitative performance of our market, and ensure the Service Office Selling team in Philippines leads and supports their matrix in existing and new IKEA stores; with a solid understanding of retail basics, easy buying process, and having a complete customer offer.
- Work with the Store Sales Managers to help them make improvements to their customers’ shopping experience, and working with them to develop their commercial skills.
