Job Summary
Ensure that business plans, mandates, and company objectives are met by providing sales and marketing support in the development of a pipeline of leads. Responsible for the generation of leads through email, social media, and phone contacts.
Responsibilities & duties:
Research, track, maintain, and update leads.
Make outgoing calls to generate new business.
Contact prospects to qualify leads
Send direct emails to key clients and prospects.
Research and maintain a lead generation database
Conduct customer research.
To obtain information about potential leads, conduct client or market surveys.
Participate in preparing proposals and/or sales presentations.
Provide accurate and timely information to management.
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
