The QA Technician 1 is responsible for assuring that the feeds produced conforms to specification. The position is also responsible for the implementation of sampling plan for finished feed. The position will assists in the implementation and documentation involving ISO, HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

QA Technician

1. Monitors and conducts physical evaluation, NIR analysis and provide disposition to finished feeds in bags, bulk bins and bulk trucks.

Cost Management 

1. Checks/inspects production run ticket to validate sack of variance.
2. Monitors on-hold finished goods and ensures chemical and wet analysis is conducted by third party laboratory, when necessary.

Record Management

1. Manages and maintains a recording system of all evaluation and analysis results of finished feeds used for easy retrieval and reference.

2. Manages and maintains a recording system of all evaluation and analysis results of bin bottom samples for easy retrieval and reference.

3. Prepares and submit Shift reports.

4. Prepares and issue Product Quality Advise Note.

5. Maintains Certificate of Analysis of Finished Feeds, when necessary.

Food Safety

1. Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.

The QA Analyst 1 is responsible for assuring that the analytical procedures are conducted accordingly for both finished goods and raw materials.  The position is also responsible for ensuring laboratory equipment are functional and regularly calibrated. Ensures that all routine and monitoring analyses are regularly conducted and provide accurate and precise results to relevant stakeholders. The Software Engineer Level II is responsible for design, construction and unit testing of assigned components/modules. The candidate will collaborate with Business Analysts and SMEs to perform detailed requirement analysis. The candidate will provide production implementation and post-production support and be part of the US IT team.

• Toll Mill QA Representative (CDO) - responsible for the effective and efficient quality inspection and control of inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods at the toll mill site.
• QA Technician - Reliever (Iligan) -  ensures that produced feeds conform to specifications.

To provide technical expertise across IT operations including level 1, 2 and 3 Incident, Problem and Change management and conducting day to day system administration and maintenance tasks to ensue the smooth operation of IT systems and services.

• Conduct Incident, Problem and Change management across L1, 2 and 3
• Interface with the regional service desk and regional/global support groups and suppliers.
• Conduct day to day IT system administration and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services
• Support the existing IT infrastructure including network, server, print, backups and related components including design, deployment, changes and decomissions.
• Liase and coordinate solutions/resolutions with 3rd party IT suppliers and managed support groups
• Update and maintain operational documentation
• Working with cloud technologies (Azure) as well as on-prem deployments
• Interact with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work alongside local IT management and technical staff as a point of escalation for technical issues
• Lead or contribute toward IT projects aligned with group strategy
• Follow all security procedures in alignment with group strategy and policy
