About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develops, negotiates and secures Management sign-off of   Service Agreements with Partners including the service scope, expected output, costs and service levels. 
• Amends the Service Agreements as may be necessary due to changing business requirements.
• Ensures that services covered by the Service Agreements are measured and reported to BPI AIA in a timely and regular manner following the agreed formats and supported by transaction details.
• Tracks reports on Service Errors/ Failures received from Partners, Customers and BSEs and ensures that these are closed and resolved with the proper corrective/ preventive action steps.

• Conducts Weekly or Bi Monthly Coordination Meeting with Process Owners/Vendors to discuss reported issues, status and action steps to avoid possible recurrence of the same problem.
• Liaises with partner’s Account Manager or person in charge to ensure timely and successful delivery of all solutions related to service related issues with the objective of meeting customers’ need and providing support to sales force.
• Initiates projects to help improve the service delivery to customers and sales force from development of financial assumptions and business case, project defense, secures approval from all concerned units, project set-up, implementation and attainment of target results.
• Develops capacity planning together with the Shared Services Data Analytics Officer using projected sales volume to ensure that required headcount is in place to deliver the required service and meet the target service level.
• Conducts quarterly review with service providers to assess the quality of the services being rendered and identify areas for improvement and opportunities for improving controls.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares periodic report such as: Quality Gate Reject, Subcon Score Card, MRB hold lots, CAR/8D, CAT’s, Trends and other applicable quality monitoring report
• Communicates issues, concerns and information to appropriate team either internal or external.
• Conducts training or refresher on defect criteria to AMPI operators and inspectors regarding inspection (visual/electrical) requirement as part of their certification to ensure high quality inspection. This includes Subcontractors if applicable.
• Coordinate with the Training System Core Group (TSCG) on any changes that needs to be implemented to ensure effectiveness of the certification process.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate preferably Engineering.
• At least 2 years of QA Engineering  and/or related industry

• In charge with ADA enrollment report to help ensure collection of subsequent premiums of clients. Provides sales the ADA enrollment report per division monthly so that appropriate action can be taken for policies with unenrolled ADA via BPI microsite.
• Create Weekly Reinstatement Suspense Report per division to provide the sales team a single view of those reinstatable policies with payment but with pending requirements. This will help sales achieve their target persistency target.

The IT Quality Assurance Engineer's role is to provide expertise in planning, designing, and executing test scripts that ensure the quality and functionality of any designed IT solution. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team’s overall test objectives. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software. You will work closely with the Head of QA and the engineering team to determine, understand and derive scenarios from the requirements and execute test cases. You will be joining a small and growing team and have the opportunity to grow and learn new skills. In order to thrive and enjoy this exciting position, you must be a self-starter and be productive with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze provided requirements and specifications
• Create comprehensive test plan and and detailed test cases
• Create well-defined test scenarios and test data
• Plan, estimate and prioritize testing activities
• Create comprehensive proof of tests
• Identify, record and document defects accurately and correctly
• Track reported defects and discuss and collaborate with the engineering team 
• Perform UI, sanity, functional, regression, component and end-to-end testing
• Contribute to the creation of technical and end user product documentation

Job Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Able to quickly learn custom development frameworks and new technologies
• Solid experience of Agile software development and other software methodologies
• Able to work effectively with continuous change requirements and short deadlines under minimum supervision
• Strong experience of mobile/online content platform quality testing and product release
• Extensive experience in writing clear, concise and detailed test cases
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self starter and self learner
• Good communication skills
• Degree in computer science or relevant field a plus

Minimum Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Hands-on experience in: Requirements analysis, Test planning, Test case detailing and Defect tracking

• Strong experience in defect reporting, tracking and management
• Experience working with database operations
• Experience working with API calls
• Quick understanding of the functionality of the application under test

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Streamline complex business strategies and ideas into relevant, meaningful, and engaging messages tailored to the target audience.
• Customize designs, delivery, and visuals depending on the target audience.
• Partner closely stakeholders to deliver on company / department priorities and objectives.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain a solid and fundamental working relationship between the different departments / SMEs.
• Develop and disseminate electronic communications, newsletters, and corporate announcements.
• Draft memos, announcements, newsletters, and other collaterals for distribution to different stakeholders.
• Create visually appealing communication materials that includes but is not limited to info packs, powerpoint presentation templates, etc.
• Generate infographics, templates, illustrations that are informative.
• Create, review, and edit video scripts for AVPs used during events.
• Craft and personalize speeches, memos, and other communication materials by the CEO and the Director for Partnership Distribution.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing
• With at least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Computer savvy
• General understanding and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
• Willing to be assigned in BPLAC Makati Head Office
• Experience in the Life Insurance industry is a plus
